only thing I can think of on the spot is copy the layer make another outline that’s larger, then copy the layer and make another larger outline in a different color

You can use the free version of kittl but it's much like the free canva, alot of locked shit and not a lot of creative freedom, there's different plans i recommend expert it gives everything you need
