I am deeply sorry to be poor, because I would love to support you in Patreon. You got me through chemo. I can cancer free. Thank you for helping me.
And who has a better story than Jojen the frog soup?
Jojen the pasty boy.
still better than what d&d gave us lol 😭😭
I am fairly certain the TV series at the end turned into a cauldron of slug stew. Hope the books do better.
Sure not bran
I really hope Bran mourns Summer (if he dies in the book). I dont care if you are the three eyed raven, you better shed some tears if your dog dies. I'm mean damn.
Totally off topic.....but if Barristan goes out like a punk in some lame alley fight, my copy of TWOW may not survive.
Lmao
Omfg someone else who likes the old man as will! Personally one of my fav characters in the books. Also how could that even happen in the books? Dident they send 6 men after him after they dissmissed him from the kingsguard and he got the better of them. No way he goes out like a punk.
Raythulhu what are you going to do when he turns his cloak.... again.... to join FAegon? Since Dany is “dead”, his original Kings “son” has returned to Westeros to reclaim his throne. He was raised partially by Ashara Dayne, Selmys secret love. 3rd treason for Love ( of ashara/Aegon ) In Martin fashion that means he’s doing all this to help the Blackfire, making it even more tragic.
@@austinroyce256 yeah people tend to fall for the POV bias. GRRM is way too good at convincing us to ignore or hand wave blatantly dishonorable things our characters do just because we see their perspectives.
He's probably gonna die in that battle from his second TWOW sample chapter. He's leading a charge against the Yunkish catapults, followed by the Ghiscari pit fighters, who he notes are mostly shouting "Loraq". Only a few are shouting "Daenerys". The chapter ends with the Ironborn arriving and attacking the Yunkish from the rear. Barristan thinks it's like Baelor Breakspear and Maekar, the Hammer and the Anvil. "We have them!" In ASOIAF, when a character talks about how well things are going, they tend to go south soon after. Most likely he'll be killed by the pit-fighters as part of a coup on behalf of Hizdahr. They know he's the most powerful pro-Dany figure in the city. Alternatively, he could be killed by the Ironborn or one of the dragons. It probably won't be in alley, though.
"Jojen is either dead or being bled." Either way, he's covered in red.
Stannis Baratheon The Mannis has returned!
Plot Twist: he is just taking a dump
@@weirwoodhearttree3058 He fell in that underground river, got swept downstream and he ended up at the Neck.
That sounds like something Patchface would sing.
"the moon was a Cresent, then and sharp as the blade of a knife..."
Also don't forget that Bran and Co has already eaten human meat. Bran asks about the men that were following them while eating a *pig* coldhands found.
I definitely think that the CotF are using bran he's the only telepath can can body snatches other humans. And remember out story is a series of out POV characters being lied to and manipulated by their "friends"
varamyr sixskins has a POV chapter where he body snatches other humans though right?
@@jordanrutledge7943 Varamyr tries to at the end but fails: the woman rejects the warging and kills herself. He dies and he goes into his wolf, seeing the woman he tried to body snatch walking around as a wight
Wisdom Manari' I’ve yet to start reading the books but reading a lot of people thoughts and opinions and also viewing the show versions I agree that many of the characters are being lied and manipulated too just to fit the others goal or end game. I believe bran is probably eating jojen to boost his green seer abilities plus I also think in the end bran is subconsciously dead giving the weir wood full control of his body or body snatched if you would. Seasons 6-8 are non canon in my opinion not only because characters storylines were merged with others but also many of it just make much sense.
@@jacaerystargaryen2663 omg read the books already.
T C I ordered the books and will read once they arrive
When I see one of these videos I don’t care what I’m doing I drop everything and watch it. Awesome stuff
literally same!!!
They have to make a joint Channel and keep this up FOREVER 💯💯
David Coleman I agree!! The best duo since Ice and Fire.
@@thelemmiebee I want them to do older theories both rational and tinfoil.. Everything they do together is Golden and Jamie's hand lol
It's funny. My first impression of Quinn's channel was from the first good number of videos that cropped up on my suggestion feed- all of which were him criticizing the television show, as the show was what I was into at the time- I hadn't yet read the books at that early stage. I didn't get an overwhelming impression of his channel at the time- seemed like another dime a dozen let's get clicks by complaining about successful media channel. There wasn't anything wrong with the videos, but they hardly felt unique and seemed to thrive on negativity which could be fun, but also had the potential to be tiresome. I'm glad I didn't stop looking at that point though, because I had completely misjudged Quinn's content. Had I done so, I'd have missed some of the best book and lore analysis videos on the platform. Love this channel.
Yes, Quinn indulges in passionate diatribes on occasion, but for understandable reasons, and his knowledge of lore speaks for itself.
Snakie sometimes I still go back to his critique of the Long Night episode
@@wanderingseth Yeah, again, there was nothing wrong with the criticisms, they were certainly justified. I just consider speaking negatively about content like that to be a lower form of analysis than the deep lore dives his other content gets into.
You really shouldn't take criticism of a tv show so personally. It isn't an attack on you and only happened because of justified problems
@@Henbot At what point did I say or even imply that I took it personally? Strange reply.
Absolutely love this series, you two work together very well. After this series I hope to see more from you two together.
YOUR MASSES REQUIRE YOU TO RELEASE THE RICKON VIDEO!!!!
there's a lot of dialog talking about the threat of losing one's self in a wolf when warging. I have to imagine the wierwood net is exponentially more powerful in terms a of will then a wolf and therefore much more dangerous. I believe Brans conflict will be about having to sacrifice everything about himself and losing himself in the weirwood net for the greater good. No longer thinking of himself as an I but as a we. It's one thing to sacrifice your life for the greater good and another to sacrifice your identity, basically your very soul. Thats the conflict Bran will face. Which makes since, Bran being the most powerful character in the series will have to make the greatest sacrifice.
I agree. It is more about how much of the human Bran will retain. If he has some humanity left he could be benevolent and wise. If not he could be eldrtich and evil.
They probably added that “I can’t be lord of anything” and “I’m not Bran anymore” crap so we wouldn’t see King Bran coming... As if we could have seen that!
During the Covid I ploughed through all 5 books of the ASoI&F trilogy in less than a year and am now jonesing for book 6 (of the trilogy). I searched for predictions on the RUclips and came across your series along with some others. Yours is the best I have found so far. You give a more literary analysis of the books, discuss parallel themes, and connect the dots of various plot lines and character developments.
King Brian was the worst thing from the show from my friends perspective that only watched the show. He had a literal mental breakdown while we were watching...
Brian
The King they called Brian
Anyone else picturing Brian from Monty Python in a wheelchair going, "I can't be the messiah of anything now"
@Stannis Baratheon My friend to this day is still pissed lol.
It would be a huge mistake if GRRM made it too in the books
The only problem I have with Bran being king is who’s going to be his heir? I’m just assuming he can’t or probably won’t reproduce so then the throne would pass to Sansa’s children? Seems like this might be a recipe for disaster...maybe Bran will create some kind of parliamentary monarchy using the Great Council or something so they can decide the heir
I love two of you together streaming strong!!! Seriously, its been a nice fresh perspective on some content and your constant relase of great videos has helped me through this long night as well to inspire some lyrics. Thank you guys!
Appreciate this series guys thanks for the work you put in ❤️💯
Still waiting for the Rickon Stark episode 🐺
There is a door at the cave. In the second Bran chapter in A dance with dragons, when Bran and crew are almost at the cave and they see the entrance Mira asks if thats the only way in. Coldhands says there is a back door down a sink hole.
My god, the soundtrack in the intro going into the beginning of each discussion is so eerie and foreboding, I love it!!!!
Sitting across from LML and Quinn discussing ASOIAF over glasses of wine. What a dream.
I think it's going to be like Guardians of the Galaxy 2, and it'll turn out that the Three-Eyed Crow has sinister intentions for Bran, confirmed by Meera discovering something in the caves (and witnessed by Bran through Hodor), and THAT is why they're forced to flee from the Three-Eyed Crow's cave. There's no Night King (as of yet) in the books, so I think it's actually the Three-Eyed Crow who's using the Others. Wouldn't be surprised if, instead of somehow making that treacherous journey overland without Hodor, totally exposed, they do a Mines of Moria and have no choice but to face the "long and dark" of the deep places; then Hodor's "hold the door" moment wouldn't occur until just before they emerge on the other side, and would be the equivalent of Gandalf's "fly you fools" moment in Fellowship of the Ring.
Please do more episodes like this. I love when you guys collaborate!
Remember Bran crying in the vision from the cave when he is in the Weirwood of Winterfell? Thats how the trees get their faces and the tears... Personal opinion
I can’t wait to finish aDwD so I can FINALLY watch all these!! Only 860 pages to go😅
Take your time you'll love the Iron Born chapters.
Don’t rush, these videos will still be here when you’re done and you’ll never get to read the book for the first time again. Not to mention the wait for the Winds 😪
Bran (and the greenseers) are GRRM’s version of the historical druids in Britannia. Just like he’s lifted (mostly) English historical models for Westeros for the political, military and cultural story, understanding Bran as a druid like character will lead to some dark potential stories to be told. Druids were quite capable of using human sacrifice and blood to motivate the ancient Britons. Just like Dany is seen as a demigod by the Dothraki, Bran could be seen as a similar figure in a Northern religious revival of the Old Gods among both the Free Folk and the North, both descendants of the First Men. There’s a common theme that all the major players are not only representing a god or religion, but in the case of Euron and Dany, practically demigods, and Stannis sees himself as a prophet of the LoL. Thus a Northern King must also have a explicit revival of the half forgotten Old Gods as a component of their path to power. I don’t think Bran is going to be a king, but the power behind his resurrected brother. Druids were not kings, but they influenced the old Briton kings.
Good point for a fckng pickle rick avatar
I wonder if Bran’s fate is to become like Leto II: a nigh immortal god-emperor. I’d love to see a sequel set hundreds of years later where a tree-infused Bran rules Westeros with an iron fist.
I think it is. Sansa or Rickon will the be the multi generation great grandparent of his eventual heir.
Duneishly.
u guys flow off of each other so damn well. I need more...
Love these videos man, great format
We have King Bran confirmed for the books, but that doesn’t mean we have Bran the Broken of House Stark, First of His Name, King of the Andals, Lord of the Six Kingdoms, and Protector of the Realm.
I still cant believe they had Tyrion call him "Bran the Broken" in the show what a stupid thing to do it made zero sense
Kris B made perfect sense. Dude can’t have the sexy time. He’s broken - the hips don’t lie.
Kris B better than being called an imp
BRAN calls himself bran the broken in the first book AGOT
Bran internally calls himself Bran the Broken in the books as a personal insult it wasnt an officialized name, cant tell if you guys are joking but you sound dumb
I would wonder honestly if bloodraven is hoping to use bran so he can sit the throne himself, just inside of Bran's mind rather than physically. Especially given the way he's discussed in the dunk and egg stories.
I don't think that Brynden wants the throne. I think if he did he would of thrown in a bid when they were deciding who got the throne in 233. He did call the deciding council. I've always thought that Brynden is sort of a Maegor kind of character. Stern, says little, disliked by most folks and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. We know he killed a Aenys who was guaranteed safe travel, it felt out of character to me. He was always loyal and did what was asked. I wonder if or what he saw that made him make the decision to kill Aenys. I feel like maybe we don't have all the facts. Sort of like the whole Jamie/MadKing reveal. We knew him, knew he made dishonorable choices but only had half a picture at first. I'm curious to see what else George shows us while in that cave.
@@ampople as am I! I think if anything bloodraven likes control. I can see him wanting to dictate the throne and thats why I've wondered about him wanting to sit it, but through Bran. People don't like him, but they will likely like the boy who was wronged by the lannisters and then overcame them. So that could solve the issue of people disliking bloodraven since they will only see Bran. I can also see us not having all of the facts and there being a twist with his intentions as well though. He very well could have done things for the greater good and not for control.
I dont think the entity appearing as Bloodraven is actually Bloodraven abymore, I think the Wierwood mass consciousness thing is just using his body at this point
@@sabrinakrisb4672 that is a very valid point and possibility
6:08 i think part of Bran's conflict of the heart could be choosing to let himself "die" so that the Weirwood network could inhabit his body
Does anyone believe that Bran isn't Bran, but Bloodraven? Look man ... I've been holding on to a personal theory for years, and now that the shoe is over, I'm able to elaborate upon this theory.
I think that Bloodraven is the ultimate villain in ASOIAF. WHAT IF Bloodraven wanted to leave the Great Weirwood, and wanted Bran to take his place, having a "backup body" that Bloodraven could use to leave the cave. However, when Bloodraven realizes how powerful Bran is, though Bran is "broken", he leaves with Bran's body instead, leaving the "backup body" (and I believe, Dark Sister, behind).
On the subject of the "backup body", I believe that it is Benjen Stark. In ASOIAF, Benjen Stark is still missing, and GRRM has also said that in ASOIAF, BENJEN IS NOT COLDHANDS ... so where could he be?
I'm 99% sure that this theory is bullcrap, BUT I always like to hold on to the idea of Bran becoming a knight, and he could do that if he were to warg into Benjen Stark's body. Also, maybe he could warg back into his own body after everything is said and done, laying his uncle's body to rest.
I think that Brandon is referred to as the last greenseer because everything is headed towards complete destruction. I think when Brandon first flies and see what's all to come that he sees the end of everything to the white walkers. So unless something changes, everyone loses and Brandon would be the last greenseer.
I really like this take. Several times, in relation to prophecy or the future, we hear visions explained as "things that were, and days that never were." It seems that visions aren't necessarily the "future." Maybe if things change, the future isn't set in stone
Yes! I’ve been waiting for this to drop!
What happens to hodor may be what always happens when you speak across time - so bloodraven spoke across time into the mind of his family at various times and in each case he caused a disaster
I really love the background music in the beginnings of these videos
I've just been Quinned
For the longest time my theory was Danaerys doesn't go to westeros.... thought it was some subverting expectations b.s lol just because I figured the author didn't have enough books to do it lol still not so sure. But-- if he closes in on his main cast narratives-- he can cut down timelines pretty swift. He's good at it when he puts he isn't distracted by new realistic and pretty elements he 'could add' to his world lol
That was so good, thank you.
Just what I was waiting for. Thanks Quinn!
I think that the green / song of earth power will be the needed balance to cancel out the destructive powers of ice and fire, after they mostly destroy each other, that is.
King Bran will be a sort of dark cthonic nature and fertility god-king, even though he's paraplegic, can't have children and will never be like Garth. But King Bran is the solution to the war problem they have been having, and the land will rebound- due in part to all the spilled blood.
I've been waiting for this one a looong time. Great job keep going!!!
Love these vids for not only the thought provoking discussions but the way you have portrayed all of the excellent art.
I recently discovered our channel. Such great content! Thanks for all the work you do! (I joined after watching 2 videos :) )
Leaf is pet cemetarying Bran. Don't go bury your dead loved ones in that magical place that can bring them back. Lol. She might as well have double dared him to try to talk to Ned.
Hey, I've been following you for years - 2016 !. Always loved your videos and I was thrilled when you started talking about Dune. I was just watching a GRRM interview where he talks about his inspirations and realised that maybe you have not read The Accursed Kings. You should definitely read them ! They are great and you'll definitely see a lot of things similar to ASOIAF. Even juice spilling on the chin, yeah lol. I'm French so I might be biased but I'm not ! They're great books to read. Take care and thanks for your videos !
My favourite part of the trainwreck that was the end of the show was when Grey Worm took Casterly Rock to find the Lannisters outside at the end of the season which was apparently forgotten until the next season :-D
Sorry if i am wrong (and sorry poor english too) but i think that it is pretty clear that jojen fear that his death will happen when he returns and not at the three eyed crow cave....
When a new winds prediction video pops up, ahhh yeee
Hey Quinn and LmL, i just wanted to say that i absolutely love this series and that it has sparked my ASOIAF-hype once more. Is there a video about the dornish plot coming that wraps everything up Doran is up to? To me it seems like that to this day (in the books) that everything he planned was a failure and it would be a shame if nothing came out of it because it would make the whole plotline with its POVs feel a but unnecessary.
Might be that i missed this video if it already exists.
Cheers
Excellent video, a always! A King Bran somehow being puppeted or controlled by the COTF would be the ultimate "tame the wolf into a dog to protect the sheep" moment wouldn't it? I think that originally as part of the pact, human greenseer children were taken and trained by the COTF as greenseers and in return they would protect the trees from greater human incursion--like the 77 sentinels in the wall, the human greenseers in the trees may have helped to stand watch or guard over the forest and the COTF so that the humans wouldn't break the cease fire. (Wouldn't surprise me if the original "prince that was promised" idea came from this promise of gseer children to the COTF.) And that idea in itself is the whole tamed wolf becomes a sheepdog concept. So Bran being a king who is in some sense serving or representing the interests of the COTF or under their influence would fit nicely. Instead of guarding the COTF from a cave the way gseers like Bloodraven may have been doing, he's going to do it out in the open as king of Westeros. Thanks for getting the brain juices flowing!
I don't think greenseers can download history and have everything in their brain there's a point where Leave explains to Bran that there's too much for Bloodraven to watch.
By the way I have a theory that Bran will kill Bryndem about Jojen's death. This would also fit with the good old symbolism considering Bloodraven is basically Odin who was supposed to be killed during the Ragnarok by a WOLF (Fenrir).
Wow...I never thought of it that way! That's a really cool parallel
Hey are u guys gona do any more of these videos? I'm in need!
THIS IS THE CONTENT I NEEDED
The thing nobody seems to mention is that Bran has already made a precedent of warging humans, and I’m wondering if King Bran might be Bran warging someone and acting as king, unbeknownst to the realm
Garrett Baratheon - check out Preston Jacob’s channel if you haven’t already - he’s got a “big picture” series of videos that talks about Bran’s warging of humans!
misslupotter I’ve never really been a fan of his but I watch his stuff some, I’ll have to check that out
THANK YOU SO MUCH
You guys are the best.
Anyone else have doubts about Bloodraven being the three eyed crow?
When Bran asks him if he is Bloodraven seems to have no clue what the 3EC is.
Bloodraven says he's been watching Bran since he was born, yet the crow has only recently been in his dreams.
I think there's two people/forces watching Bran. Bloodraven is the trees, someone else is the 3EC.
Im absolutely certain Bloodraven ISN'T Three Eyed Crow
Lots of people in the fandom do believe this - have a search on reddit, plenty of tinfoil to get lost in! I'm undecided myself, but that conversation where Bran asks Bloodraven if he's the 3EC and Bloodraven thinks he's asking if he's a Nightswatchman is certainly very suspicious.
YES! Been waiting for a new one of these!
Great reading.
Great video!!!
That passage really reminded me of the last book of Hobb's Soldier's Son.
I like the use of "download" and "Wi Fi" terminology!
I think it's going to be "Wi Fi", the weirwood net it's going to take control of westeros tru Brandon after men and others have cut each other to ribbons.
You have a nice setup there guys! Perfect for speaking about stories. Haha ☺️✌️!
My own idea about this Greenseer Magic is that the Spirit of Bran remains intact... He can access knowledge and Truth (as said in some passages I can't quote) but he needs to USE Present Time available to him to see and learn things he accesses. So Bran's consciousness though with limitless powers has limitations of Time as to what he can access and how much of it he can... He is Omniscient but he needs to direct his attention in order to decipher stuff.
Like Bloodraven says... You need to learn to look before you can see... Like Arya learnt from Syrio... Before you know you have to learn to see things as they are.
I think Bran has still a very long way to travel... It's not going to be easy peasy for him as well. He will have serious threats to overcome before he reaches his Destiny of Kingship
More Dune videos! A speculation of how the New Dune movie will end. A How Dune 7 would have played out video where Daniel and Marty are not thinkin machines but next level face dancers. Also have you considered tackling Stormlight Archive or Wheel of Time?
The werewood throne may be the only throne that matters
When are we getting more videos? I love this series.
I've always liked the idea that Bran's Weirnet download will get interrupted at like 99%. He's supposed to be a slave to The Children, but The Cave gets raided, and he's still too "human" by the time he leaves the nest.
That's probably a good thing, in my opinion. It would have him still have emotions that allow him to empathize with other people. It would be better than the show version, where he was just an emotionless asshole 90% of the time.
@@tabulldog2743 Yep, that's why I'm a fan of the idea. We need a hooman bean for king. Not a nerd who Sings 'da Songs of Earf. Possession is for posers.
99% i like that
@@Bluemilk92 Ah, but Westeros needs to be ruled from the perspective of all that knowledge, NOT JUST ONE LIFE, a short visioned creature who thinks only of himself and maybe his House.
Glad to see another update in this series! I have had much enjoyment listening to you two and these TWoW videos. Thanks for the entertainment in these trying times.
Love these
Bran will rule from a Weirwood throne on the Isle of Faces.
Thanks Quinn and LmL. This video was worth the wait. Its great seeing you together again ❤
It's really nice being able to see you talk. It definitely adds a relatable element to the video.
Does anyone know if we’re gonna have any more episodes of the series, or if this is the end?
I love that you guys are drinking wine.
I need this team of LmL and Q in podcast form.
There's some older and longer discussion videos on their channel that are basically like podcast form
Kris B yea I know and I love those. I just really want to close the app and be productive. lol
@@getitvic Yeah I get you haha
They could have an awesome podcast about Winds of Winter when it comes out.
I have a question for you guys : do you think it was Bloodraven or somehow it was Bran who whispered to Jon to turn back to find Ghost in the first book seeing as Ghost never makes a sound?
So, a bit of Dune crossover with SoIaF. Do you think Brandon will suffer the same boredom as Leto II, if he hasn't already? Do you think he'll set follow something like the golden path, or ignore it?
If the children are playing the long game to exact their revenge on humans, they probably didn't really need to convince Bloodraven that much. As someone who was always striving to serve the greater good, that could be a pretty great good to serve.
Killing or enslaving humanity as greater good? Well, we have heard that story before. Nazis, Communists.
I don't think that Bloodraven is a Nazi or Commie, is he?
@@pawemarsza9515 What I'm saying is that the children suffered a terrible fate at the hands of invading humans. They were basically erased from their homeland. A people so intrinsically tied to their land and its history would not forget that easily. If they need to use a human to further that plan, what better human than Bloodraven? Bloodraven serves the realm, and the realm belongs to the children.
@@pawemarsza9515 Nazis and Commies are very modern and don't really apply here, Humans have been killing and enslaving each other since the dawn of time via one form of authority or another. For example when Caesar went to Gaul he enlisted the help of some Gauls to kill or enslave other Gauls, it goes back to what Varys says to Tyrion: power comes from where ever men believe power comes from (paraphrase). If the cotf demonstrated their power to Rivers maybe that was enough to convince him they were the winning side?
@@johnnyCheeseburger the Realm does not belong to the children at all. In fact, nothing North of the Wall isn't in the Realm at all. The Realm is exactly equal to the state created by Aegon and his conquest. And Bloodraven serves that specific Realm, not a vague "realm that belongs to the children since beginnig of days".
@@BarneyGoogl Bloodraven have spent his entire life serving the Realm and his family in particular. I don't see him switching to losing side wanting to murder or enslave all those he served his entire life.
What I can see is that Bloodraven is enslaved himself, and that he will at some moment try to use Bran to double-cross CofT
My question is, what can Bran do that Bloodraven couldn't?
Have you heard The whisperer in darkness theory? Its a Lovecraft book and I think GRRM might be pointing out that the Three eyed raven could be a Nyarlathotep like character. It stands out to me whenever I read Bran III. Would be interested on your thoughts and keep up the good work!
I agree. close and thorough analysis of the AGOT dreams and bloodraven's reaction to Bran's arrival seem to indicate Brynden Rivers is not the 3 eyed Crow ( but rather the "thousand and one eyes raven" ), and that Bran turned up to the wrong place and, doing so, fell into the hands of bloodraven and the children. Which is maybe for the best, because the only other character mentioning the 3 eyed crow in the whole story is Euron ...
Interesting, I always associated Nyarlethotep references to the Braavos, House of Black and White, and Jacquen Hagar.
@@HH-cm5rp I think an often overlooked implication that Bloodraven and the three-eyed crow aren't the same figure is that BR appears in Melisandre's flames w/a weirwood face as opposed to a crow w/3 eyes. Which is consistent with how he appeared (a ww tree) in Bran's dreams from early on, as he claimed to have been watching Bran all his life and the 3EC was a recent fixture.
@@ashleyofnaath wow, Melisandre's vision is yet another clue.
Anyway I could not picture the 3 eyed crow as a man from the game of throne story, even Bloodraven. It can only be some sort of god from the grand picture story, or, as George Knock stated it, a nyarlathotep figure. When I saw bloodraven for the first time I shared the let down bran felt like, is that the three eyed crow ? of course it isn't!
hey Quinn, will you do a video for TWOW and the Erye, Little Finger, Sansa, and Harry the heir?
I think Blood Raven had to sit the throne (sacrifice himself) in order to linger long enough to meet, train, help Bran, and the war. Whereas Bran has to participate.
Three Eyed Raven is a show thing. Books is Three Eyed Crow and there's no evidence that 3EC is Bloodraven in the books.
Well met, as always
So I just found you guys. Questions why do you have separate channels? Why not Just combined them? Also i like the readings but the music is a little distracting. I figure you are going for a horror style. Anyway I find your info very interesting and entertaining. I'm a new viewer going through your channel and loving the breakdowns I too am a die hard GOT fan. Can't wait till book 6.
About how much bran is left after I know it's not quite the same but seems like even for all the weirdness theres still a good but of Bloodraven in the husk that's in the roots so I think we might still get a good bit of bran even if it's highly changed
Did you guys just scrap the rest of this series? I know you both are busy people. Just really enjoyed this series. Hope to see you two work together again.
the books have introduced the idea of "human warging" with Varamyr and established it with Bran taking over Hodor and almost Meera. Do you guy think Bran could be King by warging a more resonable candidate to the Iron throne? I dont think his potencial will be limited to warging hodor only...I think there will be more to it. Maybe he wont even have to leave the cage at all. what u think?
What artist & track are you using for this video?
What about a Sansa video. I am curious what you think of the Mad Mouse being in the Vale for the winged Knight tourney.
I'm mostly just wondering if that is Dornish or Arbor red?
i often wondered during those times of dreams in the cave, if Bloodraven was taking him over somehow...like they do with animals. That he knew if he just spoke to Ned or even ALLOWED Bran to speak to Ned it causes that little delay...which affects a whole lot of history. I wonder if Bloodraven just always wanted to be King...and it was Bran who died in that cave that day.
Been waiting for this one! UGH... I think out of all ASOIAF characters, Bran’s storyline is the hardest for predictions. We know the setup, and the outcome, but since most most variables (Jojen, Bloodraven, Coldhands, CotF, even sometimes Meera and Summer) surrounding it differ way too much from the show, while also remaining way too mysterious characters in the books... man, makes too many outcomes probable!
We know the endgame for Bran, yet he’s one of the characters were most at blank for WoW.
All this just makes me more excited. Literally can’t wait! Amazing video as always guys. Stay safe!
Are you guys completely done with this series?? I really like it
I don’t see how one mind can contain remotely have enough storage and access capability for all the information contained in the weirwood / greenseer net. I realize we’re talking about magic, but for magic to be plausible and coherent at all, it has to have inner rules that analogize to real things. Whether we analogizing it to actual computer memory storage, or to power creation and storage, or to organic systems, you can contain/store/access so much more data or energy over networks of parallel computers and power grids with many storage sites then in any one box or station.
Hey guys, any video on the northern conspiracy or Davos in skagos and Sansa in the vale?
Could you do one on the grand northern conspiracy
Remember how Hodor had a seizure when he was warged into from the past, is this why Jojen has serizures? Who is warging into him from the future? Is it Bran? Is Bran the three eyed Raven visiting from a future where everything went bad?
Omg what if wights/others are spirits called back from the past by dreamers 😳
