Excellent overview. I love how you always give teachers the "why this is a great" tool. Knowing how this tool stands out helps us figure out if we should use it for our individual situation. Thanks, Sam.
You're welcome! Pear Deck is more for augmenting slides you've already built, whereas Sutori has pre-created lesson templates and you would build the lesson entirely within Sutori as opposed to making the lesson in slides and mostly using Pear Deck to add interactivity.
Thanks, Ilma! They play similar roles, but I'd say the difference is that Wakelet is more of a content curation tool whereas Sutori is more of an activity embedding tool, if that makes sense.
@@NewEdTechClassroom I can see it clearly, thank you! Another thing: in the free version of Sutori you can't embed videos, audios, links... You are only allowed to embed text and images, am I right?
@@NewEdTechClassroom I really appreciate that you take your time to answer all of our questions. Love ❤️ your channel!!! Regards from Guadalajara, Mexico 👋😃
I'm having trouble signing up for Sutori with Google. I get an error message that says, "Oops. We can't seem to find the page you are looking for. Maybe you mistyped the URL?" I tried a couple of times and it still doesn't work. Can you help?
Hi Diane, I'm Thomas from Sutori. Sorry to hear you're unable to sign-up to Sutori with Google. Could you try on another browser (or in incognito mode?). If that still doesn't work, please email help@sutori.com and we'll figure out a way to fix this!
@@thomasketchell8092 Hi, Thomas. I tried a different browser, a private/incognito window, and a different computer. Still get the "Oops" message. I finally just signed up with an email and password.
@@dianeclawson7663 Hi Diane. It could be there was a firewall interfering with Google's single sign on. Either way, happy you solved the issue by signing up with our email system 👍

You're welcome!
Great content, genuinely the best, Thank you tons
You're very welcome!
This looks promising. How does this compare to or differ from Nearpod?
It's very similar to Nearpod! The main difference is how 3rd party apps integrate. It's a little more seamless with Sutori.
Very nice tutorials! What software you use for recording yourself, your desktop and edit your videos?
Thanks! I actually use a combination of Screenflow and Premiere Pro. I film with a DSLR camera, use a Blue Yeti mic, and edit on my Mac
Thanks for this overview! How would you or others compare this to Pear Deck?

Great tool!!! How would you compare it with Wakelet? Is It the same?
Thanks, Ilma! They play similar roles, but I'd say the difference is that Wakelet is more of a content curation tool whereas Sutori is more of an activity embedding tool, if that makes sense.

@@ilmadennislara5332 That's correct. You'd definitely need to paid version once the free trial is up if you want to maximize its functionality.
