Sick content! I just started setting money aside to purchase an 800 XC or Touring within the next couple months. Looking forward to more videos from you!
Thank You ☺️! We appreciate it. That’s awesome to hear! We have allot of videos on our channel geared to the CFMoto’s. Best of luck in choosing the model you want to get! Please share when you do! If you’re on Facebook, look us up. We’d love to see some photos of your new ride when you acquire it! Be safe 👍🏻
Hi we normally frequent Famous Reading Outdoors or AOAA areas. We do have a group that ride these spots. If you’re on FaceBook shoot us a message we could show you around either areas anytime works for you! ☺️
Absolutely it did. Smoother engagement and the way it lays power down now is epic. Night and day over stock. Also if you intend to run larger tires, it's highly recommended to run a clutch kit. All our guys seen a night and day difference with the kits. Also to get even better performance re-clock your secondary to B2 or B3. The low and mid range response is amazing. Good luck!
@@slawdogshenanigans so far sticking with 26 in. Right now I’m running Sedona rip saws which are awesome so far good in mud , rocky condition but I have a set of interco swamp lites that I’m itching to put on
@@slawdogshenanigans yea it's definitely seated and drives fine. Low gear will pull the front tires up. High gear power difference isn't super noticeable. Definitely smoother engagement.
I just got a 2024 cfmoto 800 xc gen 2 and need more engine braking for the kind of riding i do what do you recommend and i have an issue with shifting gears do you know of anything i can do to fix the problem.
I found that giving it just a tad bit of throttle keeps the clutch engaged and that will help with slowing the machine down. If you watch my latest video of us climbing mountain switchbacks you’ll see I hardly use my brakes at all and am lightly on the throttle to help slow the machine down. Hope this helps you.
ok thanks do you have an issue with changing gears especially when your in a bind because mine has a really bad problem with this sometimes i think I'm not going to be able to shift.
Two things. A primary clutch kit would fix this. Check out RNGPerformance for that. Tell him we sent you! rngperformance.net/ Second, I find if you’re in 4wd it can be difficult to shift the machine. Disengaging the 4wd helps here. Don’t know why, just what I’ve experienced with my machines. Hope this helps!
Awesome. You'll love it. There are plenty of videos out there on how to do this. It's actually quite easy. Be sure you have the right tools though for the job. The sockets to remove the primary clutch and secondary are pretty big. Also be sure to note the threads on the Primary (Front) clutch are "Reverse" threads. Also there is a two stage bolt holding the primary on. Meaning there are two sets of threads inside the clutch receiver. Be careful when backing that out that you do it by hand not to cross up the threads once you get it loose. Good luck!

Thanks. Larry and Jon love to rip. I was keeping up I guess lol 😂
Hi guys. I’m from NJ. Great machines. Do you guys have a group that usually go and ride?

@cesarpina3075 sounds good
Can you do wheelies with these clutches like the msc one
😆 yes if you pull up on the machine like they do and ride weight over the rear wheels
Did the clutch kit improve the performance by a lot

@jasonmiller9495 awesome! If you follow us on Facebook message some pics and video. Love to see it in action! 👍🏻💯
How far does you helix sit on the shaft. I feel like too much of the shaft is sticking out above the helix. Same year and model as yours. 24 800xc
Not sure but I’d reach out to RNG if you have concerns! As long as your snap ring is seated you should be fine!

@ZachCramer-wn4cj did you clock to B2 or did you leave it at B1? I love the new helix! Feels strong in all ranges to me.
@@slawdogshenanigans b2. I think I'm gonna just pull it off this weekend and reinstall it.
@ZachCramer-wn4cj good luck!
I have the same helix but on my cfmoto zforce 800 trail and clocked at B2 i don't find it any faster
That’s very odd because I’m getting night and day results

Welcome
I’m buying the helix and kit tomorrow . I just have no clue on how to install it. Lmao I’m mechanically incompetent
