Every time Jdramas are brought up in my conversations with random people, I always always always recommend this one. It's probably the most unique plot I've ever seen. I know the time travel theme is common, but how Kiss That Kills used it in such a unique way made this drama so extraordinary. It has taught me a lot of life lessons too. And even though it isn't your usual romance story, it's really both emotional and heartbreaking. No words can express how much I adore and respect this drama. If you haven't seen this, please give it a try. It's soooo amazing.

@@kimmydora5626 hello!!! this drama taught me that we have some regrets of the things that we have said and done and things we didn’t say and do in the past. sometimes we wish to turn back time and change something. but if we do, there are consequences. the 'now' would not be the same, and the 'you' now that has knowledge and experience from the past will be gone. this line from masaki suda's character really resonated with me: "you think that if you time leap, you can have a perfect life by doing things over, don't you. but the truth is you're not doing things over. the mistakes you made can never be put right. (i'll skip the next line because it'll be a spoiler hehe) in the end, going back is just an infinite loop of regrets." this line really made me stop wishing to go back and change some things i did in the past. the lead actor here, kento yamazaki, is like a villain/protagonist. there are times you really want to punch him, but as the story progresses, you start to empathize with him. and that made me think that we shouldn't judge people right away, because we don't know their stories. we don't know the circumstances that came their way.
@@kimmydora5626 you're welcome! i hope you'll give kiss that kills a try 😁 hahaha i can recommend Hana Yori Dango and Hana Kimi (2007). both are cult favorites among the jdrama fans. currently I'm watching Nice Flight, it's still airing in Japan, and I'm loving it so far. no sex scenes yet 😆 but i think it's a wholesome series, because it's just chill and simple. i also love Nurse In Action. that one really fits the romantic-comedy genre. 😁
I saw this edit. Went to watch the drama and finished it all in one day. It’s now 3:34am bc I just finished. I can say I love the drama but I wanted more for the ending! They can’t just leave it at that. My heart. *sigh* he’s such a good actor and so is she. WWHHHYYYY😭 anyways, idk how ima heal from this but I hope they come back with maybe a new drama.

Have you watched Todome no Parallel? I feel like it gave a better, open-ended closure rather than the original Todome ending
