Tim Mayer because no one likes death metal in Michigan. Its dead. Went to a Dying Fetus and Faceless show a while back. Only 30 people showed up! And this was in Lansing! The only thing I see people somewhat going to is Summer Slaughter but even then half the bill isn't death metal and with more popular bands.
Trey Stine I know its not technically a "death metal" tour but I saw The Faceless on the BTBAM tour this year, sold out! At the Majestic Theater in Detroit, maybe that will help the scene :D

IMHO it's a little bit soft to be considered death\grind... "they" used to put some terms like "slam" or "groovy" when a Death Metal is not so brutal but not so Deathcore.
