Well I just did my cake but got recipe from pintrest. It only had the two ingredients. Box cake and 1 cann of apple pie filling! It’s out of the oven and smell great!! For tomorrows birthday bash

This is a great recipe, my wife has made this for me many times. The only difference is that she uses a Bundt cake pan, and I also like it better with a buttercream and cream cheese frosting without the brown sugar. Hope everything is well for you all, hello from Northern California!

Marie made the chicken salad today and she fixed me a slice of cake, but I didn't eat the cake. The chicken salad sandwich was fantastic. Video will be out in the morning. I’m making this for Thanksgiving! But I think I’ll fold in the Apple 🍏 filling, after cake is mixed, to give it more texture! To see the Apple 🍏 pieces in cake! Looks good 👍!

Hey Justin, yes this cake was great. Tell Summer to make the icing for the cake also. It tasted better the next day after being in the refrigerator. You got that deer meat in the freezer by now I imagine. Have a great weekend and stay safe in this bad weather they are predicting. Calvin and Marie

Can I make this using just a 15oz can of pumpkin puree with 3 or 4 eggs?
I've never tried that before.
Could this be done with apple sauce? If yes, what measurement you think?
I've never tried it with apple sauce but I think that it would work. Probably use about the same amount as a can of apple pie filling.

imperial doesn't make butter, It's actually a spread made from processed vegetable oils,
There is already a lot of sugar in the icing. I would sprinkle crushed pecans or walnuts instead of more sugar.
