So many issues with this including not cleaning prior to procedure but your technique is going to get you a vascular occlusion which will cause tissue necrosis. Please, please do your research. This is a disaster in the making.
It's not a vein he should worry about, it's an artery which will get him a vascular occlusion. He's way to deep. Filler needs to be placed above the muscle and he is way down into the muscle where the vessels are. Yikes!!
I just got filler and I'm so snared to do it because of hearing of all the arteries so I thought about getting a hyaluron pen how do you know where your arteries are or have you had the filter don't by a doctor and watched what they did
