The instrumentation in this track is outstanding. The motifs are something great classical composers would have been proud of - they're so simple and elegant. Gore and Wilder are musical gods to me.
@@annagrace8137 Didn't it?! God I was SO GUTTED when he left after SOFAD, & still I often think about/wonder what other magic with which they would have blessed us had he not departed...'Violator' is still my favourite DM album, followed quite closely by SOFAD...but IMO, 'Ultra' was the beginning of a sad & gradual decline ever since then...but funnily enough, I've never really been able to join Alan's output via Recoil either & for me at least, they were best when they (primarily Alan & Martin, obviously) worked together!
Chingpnsisimaa!!! buen trabajo hermano!!! Oye de casualidad no tendras cancionesde ANYTHING BOX?//// no es cuchado a nadie hacer un cover de ellos..SALUDOS!!!
Alessandro Musumeci you can find it on the net. I used the original backing track as a guide to make this one. But I dindt use the original one since it's a very low quality file.
Hey Denis! I make a backing track using FL Studio (digital audio workstation), To do so I use a lot of samples that come from different sources. Once that backing track is made I play sounds with my keyboard as you can see in the video. Some samples are original stuff or are extracted from the song itselft (it depends on the case). The sounds that are not samples I make them using VST's, like Arturia Synclavier V, Roland D50, Korg M1, Korg Polisyx, Arturia CMI (Fairlight), etc.
Is that a home casio midi keyboard? Works great to trigger your samples, I feel so bad having a korg kronos2 73 and not doing the works like yours. Keep it up bro.
I never ever liked that man...he was more a baby sitter between Dave's antics and Martin....Alan wilder 82 to 95 was imop their success and star....gore was very lazy...80 to 93 is my favorite period...
Nice question. I have no idea what that sound is. They recorded a lot of metallic sounds in an old abandoned factory when they were making "Construction Time Again". Perhaps that sound is one of the many sounds they sampled.
Es un Yamaha PSR E 243, aunque actualmente ya no lo utilizo. Para crear los backing tracks, secuencias, sonidos/ samples y funciones midi utilizo el FL Studio

Absolutely. Well said. That 3-note motif in the verse is genius with the way it's played in different shapes.
Yep, Alan’s classical training paid off

Well done! 1990's version of EC was fantastic!!! where did you find the backing track?
Alessandro Musumeci you can find it on the net. I used the original backing track as a guide to make this one. But I dindt use the original one since it's a very low quality file.
Agree. I was actually impressed by its quality, in comparison with the bad, compressed, quality of the track I found on the net
Alessandro Musumeci You can find the Everything Counts 1990 Backing Track on RUclips... Here's a link :) ruclips.net/video/mFz9MjnVFgI/видео.html

Thank you for your kind words man. It's a home learning keyboard, but it's Yamaha instead of Casio 😉
sensacional perfeito
nicU, thx for the help
Yet another cover of the intro that never gets to the vocals.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Hi. What keyboard is that please?
If fletch thinks of retirement you could take his place Omg WOW

how come all the keys are doing different patches without you changing them in the presets ?
I use my PC keyboard to switch among layers/patches.
I was always curious, what's that sample they use before the chorus, you started the song with it?
Nice question. I have no idea what that sound is. They recorded a lot of metallic sounds in an old abandoned factory when they were making "Construction Time Again". Perhaps that sound is one of the many sounds they sampled.
@@rj8mp How did you get it isolated? I would love to have it :)

which synht do you use? 😁
Lol Lolololololo Im not using a synth. It's just a learning kerboard. Yamaha Psr E 243 😊
Thx
Do you use this synth just as MIDI keyboard to control FL's sampler?
Exactly ;)
Que Yamaha es ? Que programa usas para midi ?

RJ8 le sacaste un jugo tremendo a ese teclado. Vendes los samplers ? Si los llegas a vender avísame. Gracias !
