Vlog 171: Merri-bek Garbage -

Been a while since I’ve filmed & uploaded a Dennis, so here’s some footage of our only 22m truck that Is full time on recycle, today we see it handling a garbage run, I was honestly pretty bummed to find this truck, as I came out to capture a lengthy video of #FN15062, which broke down around 6am, leaving Danny to get this truck. The normal driver of this truck, Rick, was off and I believe #11480 was doing his recycle run.
However I’m pretty happy to have a decent video of this truck, I’ve filmed it on 2 previous occasions; once on recycle & once on garbage, however those videos were less than 5 minutes long. This is one of the lesser filmed trucks as I don’t really know the runs it does or see it around very often. This truck is honestly a heap of shit and probably my least favourite Dennis in the fleet, the grabs are stuffed up heaps and are slightly delayed from the joystick action time, which caused a few bad grabs which can be seen in various parts of the video. Kinda rare to get Daniel driving a Dennis, but I’m sure he was wishing he was in his truck haha.
This was a pretty dodgy area, and a rude resident who seemed rather aggressive and not too happy about my presence was hanging around at the end of the video, so I canned the filming and got out of the area.
