beyond the issue of safety since drilling holes leaves possible weak points where cracks can propagate, even if you wish to risk pumping it up to say 145psi... how many squirt can you possibly do before the air pressure inside becomes hopelessly weak? aerosol cans have liquid propellant in them which turns to gas hence their capacity vs pure compressed air alone. So do not waste your time.
Thanks for the video. Has the can held up okay? I heard that you shouldn't use hardened glue or epoxy becuase the process of decompression and recompression slowly weakens the bond the glue has. Have you found that to be true, is the can leaking air?
So far I am not sure even if without the glue it might still hold tights because when air is pumped into the can.... The pressure push all over the wall of the can as a result of that it tighten up the grip of the tube
You do know that someone somewhere is going to hold the can in their hand while filling it with their compressor or worse using a using one from a service station because they forgot it at home for work. Are hands worth the risk? Jus sayin.
That's why in the video saying there is risk doing this so it's up to you to decide. Just an idea that you can replicate at your discretion and handle with care
