Personally I think the thing that would lessen stress is exactly the opposite.....focus on the enemy and lying down or making you as small a target as possible. My reason would be focusing on the whereabouts of people trying to kill you and by making yourself less of a target would minimise your chances of dying (the nr1 stress). Probably the reason why you nor anyone else have seen this war strategy not being used in war or conflict. This video is only 1 of 3 things.
