YOU SHOULD CALL ME FOR YOUR NEXT QUOTE FOR ALL YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS...
10 3 yopiem river nc ,10.2 chowan river nc , the dunlow family loves you brother! Been pulling for you and your dad forever
Sabine ... better have a black buzzbait ready
Congrats on your success Scott! You are a great inspiration for young anglers like myself.
Thanks Jackson! That means a lot! 👊🏼👊🏼
Largest bass: 9lb 11oz caught at a small lake in south central Mississippi. I’m 52 so I grew up watching your dad and others like Bill Dance and Jimmy Houston. I love your Dad and I’m glad to see he’s doing so well and I’m glad you’re carrying on the Martin family fishing excellence.
Scott, much respect. I'm a saltwater guy who got into bass tournaments last year. Just started cutting checks. Learning process after chasing reds and specks my entire life. As long as you learn from your mistakes you will continue to grow and will make you so much stronger mentally. Your future is bright. Tight lines brother!
Great video. So thankful you shared these moments and insights. Thanks for being real. Love that you pray during the videos.
Love your content in all your videos. Your advise has changed the way I fish. It it has paid off extremely well. Keep them coming.
The guy was in the boat with Scott that day was funny as hell..
Kyle Welcher had him day one. He was a hoot!
He’s on bass talk live. Dude is hilarious runs with Seth Fieder and Matt Robertson. And always says “it’s titts and dragons man it’s awesome” 🤣🤣🤣
You'll win this tournament next time. Time to look forward as you always do. I love your assessment of yourself, and your honesty. I miss fishing, and it's been so long so when I found you I had to subscribe. You are an inspiration, and damn entertaining. Thank you Scott for your channel.
Takes a real man to own up to his mistakes. But Scott, you did incredibly well, so don't let that day 3 get you down, brother! Will be cheering you on in all the Elite series events to come!
Man those first two days were fun to see. Having your instincts kick in and telling you to stop then, instead of later on caught you those fish. I thought you would be there on the final day for sure. I'm sure you did too. Congratulations on creating some real excitement!!! That feeling of your favorite Bass Pro being one of the guys that has "it" figured out is fun! Thanks
👊🏼👊🏼
Doing amazing SMC! Keep it up! Love the content and how much you’ve improved it over the past couple years!
Great stuff Scott - its tough to reflect on these sort of situations - but your honesty with yourself and the way you learn from your mistakes is what makes you a great angler. The fact that you are showing your consistency in this tournament series is what says that one of those blue trophies will be coming your way soon. Keep it up, and keep posting the fantastic content!
Love the video series. I watched your father for a long time back in the day. To see you following in his steps, well it just plain ole good. Keep it up and good luck.
Thanks for your contribution to this sport Scott. You're opening up so many different avenues for other anglers to explore with the type of sponsors you're attracting. Also thanks for the dialog, when I'm on the lake fishing I think back to your lessons. Thanks and God Bless you, this is your season!
Thanks for the support and I’m glad you enjoy what I’m doing!
We love ya Scott thanks for all the joy you bring to us especially with all that’s going on in the world you bring much joy thank ya much🇺🇸
Im not even a bass fisherman but your knowledge and teaching abilities and your love for fishing is what keeps me coming back you are a stand up guy love the videos
Glad you love all the videos, thanks for the support!
RESPECT! Teaching life lesson’s owning your faults is a hard thing for all of us in this world. I was pulling for you better luck the next go around!
Lessons learned. Always something to take from every tournament no matter how well or poorly you fish. Great job Scott!
Watching you break down on live day 3 was heartbreaking. You're an incredible angler and a huge inspiration for millions of kids scott. Don't forget great anglers play to momentum. Head high. Momentum forward. Go get that W. Also caught my PB of 10.05 this year flipping so that was awesome.
Loved the deep drive into what happened on day 3. Sitting at home watching bass live is tough as we’re all wondering what the heck is going on you caught them so good the first two days?! You keep up this consistency the rest of the season you will win one of those bad boys for sure!
Keep up the good work bud love watching you fish you have helped me a lot thank you
I feel when Scott wins, we all win. Fishing for the people. Thank you Scott.
do what your dad has been doing all his bassing days..your the only one you have to listen to..having roland martin for advice is priceless ✌
Much respect for Scott! Taking responsibility for mistakes and learning from those mistakes. He is a great role model for young Bass fishermen like myself. This is why he is #1
I appreciate the kind words! It means a lot
U always inspire me to keep going win or loose im new to this sport watching ur vids are instructional thank u sir.
Scott, I said before how great it was to see the thought process that went into the tournament fishing and man you prove it once again. By far my favorite series on YT. The information your sharing is epic. Appreciate the videos and rooting hard for you!
Glad you enjoy the content! It means a lot
Oh btw, the vibe from your Marshall is and has been by far the best vibe I’ve seen from a Marshall. We need more like him!
That dude was so hype. I feel like they need to clone him and have him in every boat. I bet everyone would catch better 😂
yeah was epic..
He has a fishing podcast and hangs with the on em guys and Seth feider. Check them out
Edit: called stray casts
@@TrippyWheelz I know when I have a hyped dude in my boat my days are awesome. I love it
You are a great fisherman. I have learned a lot from you. Keep up the good work.
SCOTT.....incredible break down of your experience and insight to your mistake(s).....super detailed and deep explanation of your hindsight! I don't think it was a mistake or we wouldn't have this video, so honest and real (reel)...Keep up the focus and charge hard on the next one! I'll be cheering for you from Montana!!!
Awesome job Scott, watched u on bass live on pickwick, can’t wait to see you slam them in Texas. Awesome inspiration for young anglers and have helped me out a lot
Being able to recognize the errors you made is always a huge benefit for future outings. Keep on grinding.
Great series. Just keep your head and pray about it . Can't wait to see what's next.
Love the series man. Congratulations on all of your success.
Scott listening to you talk hear lately brings back memories of another Martin explaining things back then....but with a new twist....gotta luv it1
I really enjoyed this video. I watched the tournament fishing video, and this reflection after the fact was really interesting... Fun...
Enjoy watching your journey with bassmaster elite series.
Keep it going brother Scott....Thank you
Good luck this season. Love the videos. My PB is 7.2 here in Indiana. Which in my mind is the same as a Fla. 10lb'er
As a fan, I LOVE pre-spawn events on the TVA. I'm a highland reservoir guy myself, and winter/ pre-spawn are my favorite times of year to fish. I thought that fishery showed out, producing a lot of good fish in some tough conditions. Great job in the tournament and thanks for sharing your footage of the event.
Thank you for being 100% opened. Enjoyed this very much keep it up.
Thanks for sharing Scott, one can always learn!
That was an excellent critique of your own tournament experience. It is that thought process that separates Champions from those that just say I had a bad day.
You and the team put some great videos out for us. I have fished the FD tournament there at the Big O for 20 + years. Love staying at Rolands just hoping to catch up with you in passing. You did give me some advice a few years ago about not having to go far for a nice bag. Low and behold you were right! Went just outside the cut to the wall and caught a nice 7.7 lb fat girl. Keep grinding Scott, good things are coming... Would love to see you win that cup!!
Scot, don’t let day 3 get you down. I believe if you keep following your instincts you’ll be fine. I’ve followed you for many years and you’ve always been entertaining and helpful with making us better fishermen. - My largest bass was 10 pounds 2 ounces caught in Lake Sinclair in Georgia.
Final day or not, still proud of you Scott you went out there and crushed them the first couple days. You'll come back better for the next tournament. I got faith 🙏
Early in your career, you fished the Mobile-Tensaw Delta and had good success. Similar idea with the Sabine River. I hope you do awesome! You and all of your videos showcase your dedication, hard work, and awesomeness. Keep it up and you’ll continue moving up my Fantasy Fishing team every event.
Keep up the good work scott. Your videos make me feel like I'm right there fishing with you. My pb is 12.3 caught her in a neighborhood pond on a spook... Gotta love seeing those big ones hit top water.
Topwater blow ups are definitely exciting!
I cant imagine the pressure! Hang in there and keep at it. I fish for fun, can't imagine being at your level
You're gonna get em, Scott! I'm having a blast watching!
It was a fun tournament to watch. Keep it up Scott!
Good points, Scottie. Keep digging, keep that noggin in the game. Good luck the rest of the season. PB - 7lb. 3oz. Kentucky Lake
Good breakdown of your tournament. Thanks for the info.
This video really made me reflect on my last tournament and realize the series of correct decisions I made to win 2nd place, my first ever tournament win. It was my first tournament of the year and only my second year to tournament fish. I have another tournament this Saturday and I’ll be making a game plan soon after I start prefishing here in the next hour 😏. Love your videos btw!
Thanks for the honesty!! My big bass was 10lbs 2oz. Caught on a trout swimbait at castaic lake, CA. lived in Southern CA. For 10 yrs.Keep fighting you got the passion to do this! Ill be following your progress!
10lbs is a big fish for sure! 👊🏼
@@ScottMartinChallenge my pb and fish of a lifetime!
More of an inshore fisherman but did catch a 6lb bass during one of the few kayak bass tournaments I have fished. Upper Mobile delta AL. Good luck this year been watching your videos for several years and always enjoy them.
7.5lb on Old Hickory Lake in TN is my PB. Love the channel. I just discovered it and I've been binging!
My PB is a 7.13 on Lake Hawkins Texas. Little less than an hour east of Lake Fork where I almost had my hand on a legit 12 lber before it broke the line. Keep pushing Scott. Learning as you go and you will raise one of those blue trophies soon.
I'm gonna keep it real with you 💯. We all believe In you ... you need to eat breathe sleep winning the classic! Don't let the word steal your focus .
Breathe life into your words !
You will step out the shadow, and vast in the awesome light of glory that only champions know. 🏆
Keep it up Scott you will reach your goals soon. Love the content
Thanks Nick!! 👊🏼
You're doing good, Scott, keep it up! My pb is 9.63 lb on Porter Pond in the panhandle. Before that, it was a 7-14 largemouth in Michigan on Hudson Lake where I enjoyed a 100+ fish day which included a HUGE muskie! I have a good feeling about the Sabine tournament for ya.
Like the new 20/20 setting. Keep up the content. Switch it up after the season. Maybe live bait or some bank fishing. Love all the videos.
Valuable info shared here! Thanks!
Scott, pulling for you. Been following since last year with Hallman, Upshaw and Casterline in the Opens. Don't over think it, go with your gut!
Thanks for all the support, Jose!
Awesome video. I love learning from you. You, Roland and Hillary should do a video about fishing families or a series like duck dynasties except with fishing. Keep up the great work.
I think what you said is key!! Stay focused I can’t imagine 4 days of trying to beat the hammers you have to go against!! Put everything aside but fishing to win and you can do it Scott!! Good luck in Texas!!
A month after the 2000 BassMasters Classic i finally catching a double digit, 10.5 . I'll never forget it. Keep up the great job Scott, Much love to you and your family.
lucky man! Here in Quebec it's hard to find big ones... my biggest in 20 years is 7pound 2 ouces.... Cheers!!
It was actually the worst weather I'd fishing in. Crazy wind, rainy but those horrible weather conditions were sum of my most memorable days out on the water. So don't go home when the weather gets crappy. My lure was a #5 Mepp's, white skirt, silver blade. Good luck 👍
A month prior i was at the Bassmasters Classic in Chicago and Roland and his wife sat right behind us. Great experience of my life, Still have the picture.
Awsome video bud, My P.B. was 8lbs 4oz at East Lake Toho. In a kayak it was a crazy fight.
Good job as usual!
Your a great fisherman Scott!!! You got this!
It’s been a few months since I’ve watched the channel. Still dropping awesome content! This series is legit
Thanks for coming back!
You truly the reason I fish almost everyday trying to become like you 😎💯💪🏽🙏🏾🐐 hard work pays off. Awesome content as always 👍
Thank you Andy!
Great 20/20 Scott! Fishing pressure is something I always have to deal with down here in Louisiana, where everyone has a boat LOL(and being a weekend warrior doesn't help). There's 2 ways to deal with it: tail race, or outfish em. The 2nd one is nearly impossible with the studs your fishing against, but it can be done! Also, after fishing for my whole life(only 19 lol), haven't run into one bigger than 5 lbs even. I've caught a ton of high 4s, but haven't run into a big girl! Guess you gotta fish where they're at! AKA not southern Louisiana.
You guys grind. People don’t really see the work yal put in behind the scenes. These videos showcase the hard work. Good luck on your unfinished business!
Thank you for noticing the hard work..!!! 🙏🏼
Game plan is something we should do everyday of life. Thank you and 9.3 in Lake Show-me Missouri.
That’s right! And nice dude that’s a toad!
Amazing videos awesome content best out there can't wait for the next one. 6lb smallmouth 6.5lb largemouth and 37lb landlocked striper here in Pa
Good stuff Scott. Largest largie from here in the northwoods of WI, 5lbs 6oz, and largest smallie also from WI but out of the Bay, 4lbs 14oz.
Great video scott Kickass! Thanks for the good tip's
Glad I could help!
9.5 On lake Gaston NC next day 8.4 move there from Jersey. Like the honesty Scott most wouldn't admit it. Good luck at the next one.
I think we all have tournaments like that you still did a great job
Thanks for asking, Scott! I recently caught my PB of 8.2. I was pumped!
Keep grinding, brother! I’m watching every video cheering you on!
-D
Thanks so much.! Awesome catch..8.2 👍🏻
Great gut feeling 👌....boat 3 on day 3...at some point you had to make a quick check on that spot you started at day 1 and 2..that's tough...great tournament...boat flip a 6.5lb'er...in a tournament great job..great 20/20..
This years content is so cool. From the 20/20's of the previous tournament, the bank shots and slow motion boat flip's (even a 6.5 pounder!! COME ON MAIN!! Really?!? A 6.5 pounder???) to Scott and the guys bringing us along for each tournaments practice, the tournament itself and all the antics that on at the house when they're not on the water. The SMC channel is the funniest yet informative RUclips channel you can watch imo. So, keep up the great work guys and Scott GO GET THAT CLASSIC TROPHY BUD!!! GO SMC!!! Oh and around 5lbs.
Thank you for the awesome comment!! I appreciate you!
Looking forward to seeing you at Hartwell in March!!
Thanks for helping us learn from your mistakes Scott. Get em on the next lake bud.
Good evening mr Scott Martin I been watching your videos for longer than I can remember you have taught me so much just off your content. My biggest is 7.5 spawned out
Nice!!! Thanks for the support Dylan!!!
Great advice. Done the same thing on a local level several times. Follow through 👍🏻 .. Lg mouth. 10.3. Sm mouth 6.4. Spot 4.7 🧐
That’s tough! Good luck in the next tournament! Tight lines from FishHooked
Just pray before your first cast each day! Gods got it brother!
U win some and I loose some but at the end of the day u do a can good job representing us Florida guys. Stay slayin
9.05 lb, at Wonewok! LOL!! I’ll be there in October. Actually, it was at Lake Lewisville one week before that pooper of a derby. Thanks for this video....it’s a reminder that this sport can be so humbling....even for the great 1’s. All the best!
You are not only a great angler! But a genuinely great human being! I look forward to watching your success everyday. I hope I can turn out to be have the fisherman you are! I live in Maryland and am still waiting on pre spawn but hopefully I’ll be catching some donkeys soon!!!
Thanks Jason! Hopefully this spawn season brings you a new PB!
I watched you in the tournament great video explaining what happen
Hey Scott, keep it up! Love your work, we do!!!
I've learned a ton from your videos Scott! Really good content man! Hey from Pensacola!
Glad you enjoy!
Keep your foot on the pedal, refocus, and do what you know you can do brother. We all get distracted. Get your Family Business done. God Bless.
8.6 largemouth Lake Martin, Al.
I think this is your best lesson you have shared yet to date.
7.9 smallie
PTP. Pre-task plan. Make the plan. Go through the the what if's . Plan for alterations to the original plan. Then execute. When job is bone debriefing. What went right, what went wrong. Use lessons learned for the next evolution. Good debriefing.😃🎣🎣🎣 see you on the Sabine River.
That’s right!!
God bless 🙏
One of the best anglers out there for sure👍🎣! Gotta try carp fishing sometime 🤙🎣!
What a legend. Your the best in the game. Good job
Thanks Donald!! 👊🏼👊🏼
Watched the Mystery tackle box vid just before this and I gotta say I saw a little bit of pops come out when you caught one on the Robo trap or whatever it was. It was Awesome..
PB is 11.3 on Orange Lake.
