Sir stop all that raw meat on your hands and you are touching the fridge and everything. I would never eat anything you cook. You didn't even drop the beef for 10 seconds in hot and cold water to kill the bacteria like they do in high end restaurants. People I love Beef and steak tartare but this isn't safely prepared
