Darne ki baat nahi hai, isse kuch farak nahi padta. Blindness ya kuch bilkul bhi nahi hoga. Bas proper diet and exercise se ye dur ho sakta hai

@@eyecarewithdrbabita so I checked my eyes and I have a very faint one. I have had issues with cholesterol previously which is now being controlled with medication. Now I’m scared. I’m only 44

The eyesight is fine I’m going for my cholesterol.
