They already allow Welsh and Northern Irish sides in the Scottish Challenge Cup. So for instance how about a club trophy or series of trophies with Scottish, Welsh, English, Irish, Northern Irish, Canadian, USA, Isle of Man, Cornwall, and French club sides. Or even Scottish, Welsh, and Irish Sides applying to join MLS? Or European conferences in the NFL, MLS, NBA, NHL, NBA, and MLB. Or Cornwall having their own international rugby union side. Or the Comish, Welsh, Scottish, and Irish have a united Celtic Nations cricket side? Like the West Indies is a united cricket side of various nations.
