I like how in the later stages of the game most if not all complaints are almost certainly a direct result of henry existing and doing things.
"Sir, someone has spent the entire night picking every lock in town without stealing anything!"
"Oh my lord, some random peasant was found stripped of clothing outside their house! It's witches work milord!"
"Your lordship, the local economy has just been decimated by a young man who sold 15 thousand moneys worth of goods. no salesman in town has any money left!"

Where did you get the skalitz shield is it a mod?

you can steal it from the guards if you do sneak attacks and exploit tutorial area

You can also get it in Sir Radzig Krrrrobylaaaaaa camp but if it early in this point of the game i'm sure it's form random poor skalitz guard

Well this is my first playthrough throughout the game but how I got it is by hitting one of the cumans that were going to violate Theresa in the beginning. So after losing sir Radzig's sword and ending up on the mill, talk to her then complete her questline of the story where you actually then play out the beginning as her through the raid. Then I got the shield. I think it's the woman's lot DLC.
