- This really nice song by "Styx" was from their album "Cornerstone" which was released in 1979, and released as a single in 1980.. It did not chart in the U.S but made number 1 in the Swiss singles chart, and Number 2 in the Austrian singles chart, and Number 5 in the German singles chart...

I remember this song well. I was an avid Styx fan in the 1970s and collected almost all of their albums (except Man of Miracles at the time - hadn't been able to get it where my dad and I shopped). I might have played it a little on the guitar. One of their really "down home" type songs imo. Thanks for uploading.

I haven’t heard this Styx cut in DECADES! A very different Styx tune with mandolin,ukulele and accordion sounds! Complete departure for them! Plus,the voice of Tommy Shaw! Dennis DeYoung might have done lots for Styx,but for my money-Tommy Shaw made the band work! What talent!👍
Yeah this one is a bit different from their usual stuff James, but it's a song i very much like, and this song actually comes under the folk music Genre, and it certainly has that nice folky sound to it with the instruments being used here for this song.. Many thanks for watching...
