- One athlete in Thailand proves that when it comes to competition, age ain’t nothing but a number. 102-year-old Sawang Janpram, the country’s oldest sprinter, recently competed at the 26th Thailand Master Athletes Championship. He completed the 100-meter run in 28.07 seconds, a new record. And he left the games draped in gold medals. His daughter shares that not only is her dad in good physical health, but he’s also mentally stronger. Inside Edition Digital has more.

My great aunt lived to be 102 although she was stuck to a bed and wheelchair in a nursing home
My grandfather is 87 and cant do what this man can although he can still walk on his own
my great grandma was 87 when my cousin had her first child and funny thing is my great grandma was walking much faster than my grandma when going to the hospital my grandma couldn't keep up 🤣

Great. Nice motivation to stay healthy. I learnt an Acronym from our former president who clocked 85 this past weekend and celebrated it by playing a football match. His secret of youthfulness and fitness is what he called DREMS: Diet, Rest, Exercise, Medical treatment and support, and finally Social Interactions. I personally would have called it DREAMS though, adding Attitude (positive), just to spice things up 😊. Congratulations to the 102 year old man and his 70 year old daughter. What an Inspiration!
