This actually works lol. I was skeptic at first, since i need to download from a link. I usually ignore it, but i was desperate.
After making sure that it wasnt a phising site, ive finally decided to take the leap and im glad i did. Thank you, now i can access the shared folder on my guest vm.

If you followed all the steps in the video and the shared folder still doesn't show up, enable the network sharing feature in the control panel, that works for me
