The day has finally dawned! This video is probably the final requiem for my poor graphics card, for which I have finally decided to upgrade after its valiant battle with Reforger. The game is pretty bare bones at the moment, but what's there is fun. It's pretty much just a fancy tech demo for modders to port their mods into the new Enfusion engine, BUT in it's current state it's pretty fun and both ambushing and getting ambushed feels pretty awesome. Lol.
I briefly thought that the limited content would mean that Ignis might not get into too much trouble. Then I remembered that this is Ignis we're talking about and, more importantly, the map features Provins...
9:30 -cruising in my jeep, having fun. -rickety wooden fence in my way, decide to drive through it. -crash into wooden fence. -wooden fence stops me completely. -wooden fence is unharmed. -smite fence with the might of Zeus. -return to cruising in my jeep.
I'm not completely sure, but I picked up an enemy radio playing last night and I THINK I was just talking to the other team lol. Gonna have to do some more experimenting before I say this is definitively true.
@@ryanmarc1853 you can in fact mess with the enemy team on their radios.. but be sure to remember what the names of places are on the enemy side listen in get some signals intel from them before talking so you don't get found out.. then let loose the psychological warfare campaign where you tell them there's a squad of insert team you're on headed to so and so place make them think you're coming one way then ambush them from behind and kill them all. never let them see you only use radio coms hit and run then say .. oh that guy.. yeah i got him no need to worry.. its safe to come out now. the only way they will know is if they check the player list and see you aren't on their team. otherwise stay out of sight but within coms range of enemy squads.. ask them to come pick you up at a certain place... be waiting with a law or rpg. blow them to hell before they can even report a damn thing to their HQ. :p
That's how we wiped out an american convoy. We all were dressed in American uniforms and we managed to stop the group telling them that the Russians have a BTR further down the road, then when we had them distracted we murdered all of them without losing anyone.
5:42 and onward felt really cool, seeing all those soldiers just... soldiering. Almost wish it went on for longer but that would mean more suffering. (Unless..?)
They are actually likely going to be policing copyright infringement in the new game, because they have their mod menu integrated and handled by Bohemia.
The mod tools are actually pretty really good. Because there's already a recreation offffff.... Stratis? Or Altis? The mod tools were built around making it as easy as they could
I'm really excited to see where Reforger goes! It shows a ton of promise and potential and my girlfriend bought it before I did, so its gonna be fun lmao

Reforger has come so far since this video and I've been having so much fun with it. I hope Ignis comes back to this game in the near future. So much stuff to do, including with the modding community on there.
Ignis, and Jay's edits, never fail to make me laugh- he even turns the worst bugs into something hilarious- keep up the great content, and try not to lose anymore braincells!
I was playing this on Xbox and was US Sniper in one match. Some way some how, my M14 magically disappeared from my virtual arms and it only took me a few minutes to realize this. I literally retraced my steps, mindlessly walking around a dense forest looking for my weapon while distant firefights are going on. Sadly, I never found my rifle. The game is okay. On Xbox I have to literally crawl my way into a server like a gremlin just to play. I don't know how bad it is on PC, but yeah. Maybe some other time I'll get the game on PC just to see what it's like there. Kind of disappointed that there is no cross-play, but I'm sure that'll be coming in the future.

@@Scorch052 I'm a ofp vet who started in 2003. Let me tell ya this dev is all about minium work and asset flips. So seeing reforger hit public with this much content is pretty far above par over the standard. Its always been mods that made these games. lol
I’m kinda happy that you’re gonna branch out to other random games. I wanna see how it carries over, the fact that you either have true plot armor or are truly cursed by death in other games.

I have a game suggestion, V Rising, I find it fun and I think that if Ignis just waged an internal Vampire War against each other it would end in hilarity Granted there is a bit of grinding needed, so that might break the deal.

Reforger's mod system is built in, with an in game browser and mod hosting system, which means they will be watching for and striking out mods that violate copyrights of other companies, especially GW with how anal they are being

In all honesty I stumbled upon your videos whilst looking for Halo content in the run up to Halo Infinite coming out and I have an accumulative play time on arma of about half an hour in the beta, I watch your content for you and all the wacky hijinks you get up to with your friends and ignis! ♥ Would love to see more content be it on ARMA or more variety!! Honestly I am a huge huge huge fan of the FFXIV content you put out! I love that game to death so would be cool to see some more stuff from that! I just think it's funny console gamers that have never touched a Bohemian game before just expecting it to be finished in some type of quick time frame like you shouldn't realistically expect to wait a couple years before this game's actually playable

Can't use the map for shit since there's no numbers even though the tutorial gives you grid coords. Going to rep Australia and play shirtless. To honor the Canberran Forest Warriors.

I think that's the reason for Reforger, it's likely to have the same engine, thus making porting much simpler than going from Arma 3.
