Amazing and full of value video!! How do you find a good team of construction guys? I am very new at flipping and having hard time finding construction guys that would show up? Their charging me an arm and a leg. I feel since I am new, they'll rip me off. I would like to work on a few but have issues with finances
So the question is about the microwave vent hood did you vent the hood to the roof? With gas range a lot of heat build up in the kitchen if it’s just recirculating! Very nice layout and finishes…great job.
Do you consider to put in an island for your flips if the kitchen is big enough? Also, did you design the kitchen layout yourself or you worked with the cabinet store to design it?
My wife and I are looking for a contractor to renovate our kitchen. Its somewhat similar to the kitchen in the video with a wall separating the kitchen and dining room. We are wanting standard cabinets and similar countertops. We do have to run a gas line to the new stove posotion, but all other appliances and the sink are staying where they. We are only moving and replacing the stove. We are also having them build out a larger pantry, nothing huge. We are getting quotes for 50k! We live in South Carolina. This seems WAY too high.

I curious why you decided to run the wood flooring in the kitchen and the dining room perpendicular (against) to each other? I would think that you would run the floor panels all the same direction through the entire space?
@@TheRuckFarm I agree. I don’t like the current trend of all rooms having exact same flooring, even in an “open concept”. I know most people are doing it that way, but I do like a little separation even if you can see the next room over.
I want to paint my oak cabinets; but will be moving in a couple years so I need something that will appeal to more buyers. I absolutely hate white kitchens. Any suggestions?
