I know he and Gibson have both said that the doo didn’t use auto tune even to hit the high notes but I’m no audio expert so I have no idea

idk much about autotune either but with pitch matching skills like Erik's id believe he could hit those notes without it

I dont know if it's the case for this song specifically, but thru watching his Omeagle videos, when he sings, he seems to put some sort of reverb effect on his voice. I'm wondering if that's what you are hearing.

Sounds like they wrote the tune in 30 seconds. They playing is awesome, not a fan of the lyrics. Makes em sound like backup singers...
