A Maior Eleição Digital do Planeta | Giuseppe Janino | TEDxBlumenau

30 years ago, faced with a scenario of elections in the traditional model, with a lot of human intervention, full of errors and fraud, Brazil decided to embark the electoral process on the technology train, from then on we became recognized in the world for holding the biggest election digital and inclusive of the planet. Giuseppe Janino (@giuseppejanino) is a mathematician who served as the Secretary of Information Technology for the Superior Electoral Court from 2006 to 2021 and is recognized as a co-author of the electronic voting machine project for the Brazilian Electoral System.
He has received several awards in his career, both related to the voting machine project and other achievements in Technology and Innovation. Today, Giuseppe works as an international consultant in digital elections and biometric identification, and he is a member of the Advisory Board of the PMI Chapter Federal District/Brazil.
