Jagriti yes. It is called nature's multivitamin. Google its benefits. If you're harvesting it yourself make sure you do before it flowers. Otherwise it can cause kidney issues.
Absolutely love this. Nettle is a superfood, really good for stress and adrenal glands. I've been making stinging nettle infusions occasionally that I drink. Very healthful. Thanks for suggesting use in our hair routine. LOVE!!!
Your hairs look incredibly amazing. In my case, I use water between 50 and 70° to make the mixture. I heard that's the best to extract vitamins without destroy them :)
You must break the cell wall ("cook": by heating, freezing, drying, etc) to extract anything at all. Its true you lose nutrients when you boil some veg food, but it's because you toss the water. It's the whole point of tea, decoctions and infusions: rolling boil the water, pour over dry nettle. Wait at least four hours. Don't forget minerals can't be destroyed either (hence finding dinosaur bones)
I was taking wild reishi for sleep benefits and started noticing new hair growth on my bald head. While researching this I came across nettle benefits and added that to a scalp treatment. I'm using a dual extract from the leaf. I really haven't noticed increased growth. Maybe the alcohol in the extract? 6 months now. Maybe try the hwe shown here.
@annemichelae hey!! i absolutely loved this vid. can i use fresh nettle? it grows in abundance here. also, can i use nettle to infuse it with oils? thank u❤
@@jvb8035 I started having a little bit of hair thinning due to my age however after careful research this would have had an adverse effect on my hair.
Nettle also has a ton of Iron in it. so if your hair loss is due to an Iron deficiency you can get to the "root" of the problem with nettle tea. Pun intended, of course. This is what's going on for me. I'm gonna mix it with Jamaican Black Castor Oil & leave it in I think. I'm not sure. It depends on how oily it turns out. haha
I’ve just started with nettle tea, but with Biotin 10.000 mcg and Vitamin C is saw a big difference in my eyelashes. Use organic nettle tea or the better quality of vitamin supplements. Good luck!
hey just dont forget its not meant for all hair types - its beneficial for slavic hair (slavs used it throughout history aswell). it can actually damage other types of hair, just like heavy oils can damage european hair. so i do not recommend it if you dont have slavic hair type
Fine, but dense curly Irish hair. My daughter has.. She loves it in her hair. Yes on heavy oils for Slavic tresses. I went to jojoba only. Malkah obviously there are exceptions.
Yes I starting doing this with green tea and other herbs my hair has grown back after chopping it off again
I always drinks stinging nettle water everyday and i have seen a lot of changes like hair growth with fast rate, skin

Where can you buy the nettle tea from?
I buy my herbs from *Mountain Rose Herbs* and *Upful Blends* , but I'm sure you can find it on Amazon.
Any health food store that sells dried herbs. I got mine from Natural Grocer.
Frontier co-op (on amazon) also. Cheapest by the pound, well foraging yourself is cheapest😂
I buy mine at the organic supermarket

When you call it a “tea” you give the impression that this is something you drink. This is a hair rinse ,not a tea.
Girl, you can drink it too, obviously minus the oils added. So yeah it’s a tea
