Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Shuts Down in A Loop, what you need to do to stop it

What to do when your Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or any smartphone unexpectedly shuts down and turns on in a loop. After making few pictures on my SGN4 the smartphone shots down automatically and keeps on shutting down in a loop. What causes the loop shutdown of a smartphone.
