I once wrote and published online a Batman 66 fanfiction story Batman R.I.P. In my story the Joker is on a rampage in Gotham City, and Batman-thinking it takes a clown to know a clown-enlists the aid of Bozo The Clown to help in the case. I used to love Bozo The Clown as a little boy. Just the sound of Bozo's voice makes me laugh. (My story also has a scene where Batman, Robin, Batgirl and Bozo are all pursued by a giant banana cream pie throwing machine!)
@@AutisticJoker88 and also the Country Wolf and several MGM Tex Avery cartoon characters, Looney Tunes cartoons and even Popeye cartoons from Fleischer Studios.
Now I see and understand why I have seen a particular toy doll of Bozo the clown and have always said it's not. Thank you for this upload it explains a lot even the doll.
The Beatles came later. First as a Skiffle and R&B group called The Quarrymen in 1957, and then several band member replacements and a genre change later became The Beatles in 1960
He probably did and was too busy producing animated package films like (Make Mine Music and The Three Caballeros) to care what any of his former employees were doing
@@Nick-ty9usWhy would he be angry? He performed the first and most famous iteration of one of the most popular clowns ever. It was a million dollar character. Unless I’m missing some huge Capitol/Disney fight, that should’ve made Disney confident to have Pinto voice Goofy. Besides, he was a very talented voice actor. It’s like having an MCU lead actor voicing an animated character today.

Pinto Colvig. Both the original Bozo AND the original Goofy!
Hyuk-hyuk!
I was a big Bozo fan growing up . Watched it everyday. Had so much Bozo merchandise. Thank you for posting this , made my day and week ❤
Did you watch Bozo's Big Top with Kookie Kangaroo and Mr. Lion?
Interesting how this takes place in an actual circus instead of a TV Studio that most of us remember seeing the character perform.
This is Pinto Colvig (Goofy) as the original Bozo.
Max Payne thanks Max.

Finally, the original Bozo as done by Pinto Colvig (Goofy, Grumpy, Sleepy).
Don't forget the Grouchy Pig from Disney's Silly Symphony Three Little Pigs shorts

@RetroSnob88 You mean, Practical Pig?
This is mabey one of the best clown sketch shows I've ever seen. One complaint: clown shows definitely should be in colour.
Now I see and understand why I have seen a particular toy doll of Bozo the clown and have always said it's not. Thank you for this upload it explains a lot even the doll.
Great, nostalgick show.... 💓
I was just thinking about how there are so many more "capital clowns" these days than just Bozo....
So if it weren't for Bozo Capitol wouldn't be able to sign The Beatles? Ponder that for a moment!
The Beatles came later. First as a Skiffle and R&B group called The Quarrymen in 1957, and then several band member replacements and a genre change later became The Beatles in 1960
Fantastic
This Bozo had to give some kids nightmares. Geebus.
He sounds like Goofy.
It's because it is Goofy. He's Pinto Colvig, the original Bozo.
No wonder people are afraid of clowns
17:04 Without a safety net!
Garfield Goose's Little Theater Screen (Bozo's Circus/WGN-TV's Bozo Show Version)
When tv taught kids
Does anyone have a copy of when the cub scouts from Dearborn heights MI was on the show. 1960's maybe early 70's
i wonder if bozo got his personality from goofy because they sound alike and act clumsy alike and they played by the same guy pinto colvig
Do they float?
The Goofy voice though.
That's because it's the same guy; Pinto Colvig
He look goofy as a clown seriously that is original voice actor Pinto coivg
I wonder if Walt Disney knew about Pinto covigs involvement with this
He probably did and was too busy producing animated package films like (Make Mine Music and The Three Caballeros) to care what any of his former employees were doing
@@AutisticJoker88 I want to Walt Disney felt was he angry up at Pinto Covig for this

Was this way before that clown had a tv show in which he'd have kids play games, and give away prizes to them?
Yes. This was before the character became a major franchise on TV stations across the country when the rights were owned by Larry Harmon Productions.
As Seen on Garfield Goose and Friends
24:40 Bozo Fumando
He's no Bob Bell.
HEY! Don't be hatin' on the great Pinto Colvig!!!
@@AutisticJoker88 , I don’t hate him. Just when I was a kid Bob Bell was Bozo in Chicago. 😁
