I mean kai/ludwig did subathons that u might call BS but most of their fandoms came from genuine work, ofcourse collabing is a part of it and kai has had many Celeb status collabs but i think now jynxzi is getting bigger he does collabs too in his own content (like kai does with just chatting celeb collabs) for example shroud,kai himself etc yes these are not celebs but i think apart from Adin and XQC nobody of those mentioned in this video who was the biggest in the world relied on that lol

When you are depressed it can be hard to take care of yourself in general. Personal hygiene can be hard on its own for some people. Depression may lower a persons drive to seek medical help allowing them to get sicker.
Needs it be worded better. The way it’s written makes it sound like the depression itself causes the higher risk.
I used to watch H3 a lot as a kid. I loved the videos. Ethan and Hila were my favorite creators of all time I would show all my friends and watch every video multiple times! When I got to my late teens-early twenties I stopped watching. Almost when The Podcast started. I fell trap to a bunch of the stuff these toxic people say online and fell for it. I ended resenting H3’s channel. But now, as a 26 year old, I can see how true they’ve always stayed. Real honest people. I love yall it’s been an awesome journey. Always stay true!!!!

As someone who has dealt with depression for 10+ years I can confirm mental health definitely can impact your physical health. Ethan himself has dealt with depression so he should know but apparently not i guess. You can literally read up on studies on how the two are directly linked...

So Dan apparently, with no one asking for it, changed his job title to “Co-Host”.
Ethan begins each show attempting to host a podcast, then Dan begins responding to EVERYTHING Ethan says as if Ethan was speaking directly to him. So, all “hosting”
is done and the entire show becomes an Ethan/Dan conversation.
He’s ALWAYS given off this vibe like he thinks Ethan is a fool, I know behind his back he talks trash about how “the show would be crap without me” and “I keep Ethan in line”.
I’ve also never seen someone who JUMPS at the chance to correct people, but ends up being wrong about half the time. But while
he makes sure the audience notices every time someone else is wrong, he manages to instantly move on to something else immediately upon learning he said something incorrect.

It's weird that Ethan agreed one should listen to the experts but then was so in denial about the severe COVID stuff. Not trying to go too hard on Ethan, as I understand this sort of stuff can come off as perhaps counter intuitive, but I was surprised he was so skeptical given his previous statement. Also, it's important that at-risk populations for higher COVID mortality and severe COVID are made aware of the seriousness of being exposed to COVID.

I think part of what Olivia was reading is where the focus needs to be in this depression - covid correlation debate. It's the intersectionality of how populations more at risk of having severe COVID include marginalized persons who are also more at risk of having depression. Who were the people during the peak of COVID (minus the healthcare workers) who were in direct contact with people every single day? Typically this was your cashiers, servers/bartenders, etc.
We know that decreased hygiene and depression are also highly correlated, you could see how this could lead to being more prone to contracting the virus and/or your body having a weakened innate response to the virus due to increased cortisol levels (aka a "resistant" immune system). People who are depressed are more likely to also be obese. Also as was mentioned, unfortunately in the US we do have a lot of advertisement of pharmaceutical companies, this is just another issue of capitalism and allowing any and all pharmaceutical companies to advertise.

I was going through anxiety medication withdraw by a taper watched over by a doctor during covid. Never got it, I was trapped inside or going to many different doctor offices. but my father went into the office during covid and probably didn't wear a mask. (one of those machine shop places where they all would have agreed covid isn't a big deal, even though they were making ventilation units and even improved the design of them)
I would have thought I'd get covid. But not till I was done with all the taper bullshit. I only heard covid was seen to get into the brain and cause long lasting cognitive effects.
But during that time, I learned doctors really don't know much about thing that are new unless you get a pretty rare one. My ear doctor did his surgeries and lectured at colleges while seeing patients. I wish I had more doctors like that.
As an American living in NZ I will say I rarely see medical ADs like I do in the states

I’m one of the most depressed people I know and I’ve been suffering through depression since I was around 17 so like 5 years now and I have an amazing immune system I hardly get sick and when I had Covid it really just felt like a common cold it did not phase me I could of definitely worked if I had too. But my sweet innocent daughter who is only 3 and is the happiest child was so sick from Covid I was terrified I was crying and praying for my daughter I never seen her so sick before I was really losing my mind seeing my baby daughter like that Covid tore her up I called the doctor many times and kept telling them I was so scared and crying and they just kept calming me down telling me it’s okay don’t take her to the er it’s filled with people with Covid just wait it out it will pass, and after two days of over 100 degree fever it did pass and she got better but I was never that sick from Covid I was basically normal with Covid and I thought my kid was gonna die fr.
Low vitamin D3 puts you at greater risk for severe COVID symptoms, and people with mental illness usually have low D3 from inactivity and isolation indoors. So it may be correlational and not causal.
I have an auto immune condition and I suffer from depression. It’s very true that depression lowers your immune system

I follow and invest in companies developing various medical treatments, basically constantly looking at press releases from labs that mention a clinical trial of a new medicine, and depending on the results
of their early testing, invest.
I actually owned stock in 2 of the 3 vaccine companies that the US Gov ended up approving.
Only one previous investment had
larger returns than the COVID vaccines gave me.
But there’s other pharmaceuticals that began testing before the COVID vaccine, and STILL TODAY they’re in the testing process.
Why does it take so long? Because major side effects showing up years later ACTUALLY HAPPENS.

I would say I tend to find people who have a sense of humour about themselves smarter. Depression? It absolutely can be contagious, depending on the circumstances.
For an example of a contagious mental health disorder, look at folie a deux.
Depression can work in the same way, particularly if the social mindset that is characteristic of depression is imbibed by another person.
This does rely on a number of factors, but like any illness, it does have a contagious element which can effect people who come in contact with it to varying degrees.
