    Great information but I think what people fail to include in these type of videos is if you are renting for air bnb you need to also factor in cost of utilities ...

      It helps to rent from apartment complexes where the utilities are included in the rent cost.

Why do people want things spread out on a platter for them without putting in the work? Do your research as well. She is legit with a legit storyline. Purchase her book or training and get to work to move your life from complaining to attainable goals for yourself. Isn’t that why your on here looking at these videos? I’m just saying

    Apartments, so you go see it, then apply online in your business name, cool! So you really don't have to do alot of pitching with apartments.

    Thank you. I am going to rent to Airbnb by renting a house. Wasn't really sure how to go about it. Now I know. If I don't see your video, I was going to tell them the moment I go view their house. So that is wrong. The way is to see the place first. And only tell the owner of the unit I like.

    Hi Noelle, thanks for making this video.... can you please have an episode to confirm what you say at 9:00. I would think that even if its done as a business the landlord can still enforce the subletting in the contract by having short term guests....

    For apartments, sounds like we rent as we usually do for ourselves. Apply as a corporation and just reach out to the leasing office on the occupant. We donthave to tell them our intent on what business we’re running in the apartment?

    Before I apply online, when do I know if they will do the short term rental ?Do I call back after visit just like the house situation and say pitch then fill out corporate application for apartment?

    It seems like a lot of cities want to regulate STR.....Like Atlanta....in some places they want you to pay a hotel tax...... I have no idea what that cost is but it seems to discourage many.

    Thanks so much Noelle! Question, after your application is accepted by the apartment property management company, how do you name a tenant if you don't have one yet (especially if this is your first property)? Also, how do you know they will let you sublease?

    If you have like 3 different AirBnB customers coming-in in a single week, so you have to tell the apartment complex 3 different times in a week that some people are coming in and out? Does the lease agreement prevent people from re-selling or doing business in an apartment?

    Thank you so much for being giving. About the Leasing Apartment for Airbnb under the business. So I simply have whoever there and just notify the leasing office? Or after I sign the lease would I have to informed them of my purpose for the unit?? How do I avoid it looking like Sub-Leasing?? Thanks

    How do you find the time to schedule cleaning for the apartments if they are occupied most of the month? What is the cost for cleaning ?

      Like a hotel, check out is 11am...check in is 3pm. You have it cleaned and ready for the next between those hours.

    I love your content. God bless you. I am trying to get my life more stable. My parents are aging and I'm having to now take care of my nephew that's 14. Life for me is changing so fast it's ridiculous. At 52 my life is not fabulous. My only child is 30 but my life is completely exhausting

      jalabi99 but this is only for month leases? What about for airb&b that people stay only 3 night ( as an example).

      @@manuelrgomezb909 you would tend to only allow people to book for at least 30 days at a time. That way you would not have to deal with short-term stays.

      @@junia14344 That could be arranged, I'm sure. But each leasing agent/apartment complex has their own rules about it, so you must make sure you are cleared to do that.

    I needed to know, how does it look or how does it work as far as the apartment application lease I have been furloughed since last March. I assume that could be an issue since they rental company wants your income to be 3-5 times the rent. Or does anything differs since it will be in my business name!     very vague info. yes you get there permission but THEN WHAT do they sign a contract???? or sign any legal documentation. she needs to go into depth
