Helene brings stormy conditions to Virginia Beach

Tree workers say this region is so developed both residentially and commercially, meaning a tornado that actually develops can have such a large impact. Take for instance Haversham Close, where homeowners are still rebuilding their homes a year and a half after an EF-3 tornado destroyed half a dozen homes on the block. We don't yet know what these impacts will bring but contractors told us they're almost certain they'll be put to work this weekend.
