A sound wave effect is created off of point of impact, and then it cuts. In this scene, everyone is being thrown backward from the center point of impact there, with Luke and Danny opposite each other.
I'm pretty sure Cobain was singing, "as a known enemy." Which changes the context. 'Known enemy' is declarative while 'old enemy' is ambiguous providing the possibility that a change has/will occur in the relationship (hoyvin glavin!). I only bring it up b/c this is a video about being extremely nit picky.
Matt isn't wearing his DD outfit in all of these scenes. I hope he does get to wear it during the show. I mean, I understand that the other 3 aren't in costume, but DD needs his suit. I would love that type of crossover, but it will probably never happen.

Well the punisher may very well show up, because his series belongs to Netflix, but the Ghost Rider is real unlikely.
Reyes has been in AoS, so he definitely exists in the MCU. We can hope.
