Because people living there see famous people every other day. No one bothers them other than paparazzi. In fact even paparazzi don't bother them that much. They are after Shawn and Camila simply because they're the most popular couple at the moment. Soon even paparazzi will leave them alone.
I worked in a restaurant around that area for years. Saw tons of celebrities. They are all just regular people. They jog in the area, go to their yoga classes, wait in line for their coffee or just come to grab a lunch. No one bothers them.
