Kyo and Millie were essentially conversing around bidding for a plot of land since it all comes on a first come first serve basis. It still doesn't change how it was pretty crazy they actually had that conversation on stream. I could personally get how frustrating it is to put in your lottery bets for those housing plots, but I honestly feel so bad for everyone else who's just completely clueless on the situation & don't exactly know how to interpret it. lol
