Her passive is a retreat, not a death, so it won't work

nope, no changes... Surtr's passive activates the moment she hits 0 HP and I guess both Surtr's passive and A.Silence's skill activated at the same time so they just overlapped each other and never stacked
edit: i forgot this about Surtr's passive but the other guy mentions "retreats after 8 seconds". So even if A.Silence's unkillable state last longer than 8 secs, Surtr is FORCED to RETREAT 8 sec after she hits 0 HP.

I thought her S2 Drone would heal operator but it only gives her 1st talent. Would have been cool if it heal too but maybe a bit broken

Best interaction she have is with Aak. Give undying to someone like Goldenglow and buff her with Aak.

Surtr can usually last on field for 40 seconds without getting attacked, with Silence she is going to stay for... 100 seconds?
