HI @TakingTheBiz. great video, but i think you may have forgotten to change node 7 LFT. it should change to 11 right? because 15- 4 is not 10.

Do you not have to change node 7 when you change the LFT of node 8? Or not because it doesn't effect the critical path?
we have to change the lft of the activity but it will not affect the critical path
also an additional week of float time for node 7
