Installation process:
1. Mount sliding tracks to bottom of suspension
2. Install stud bolts
3. Install adapter brackets
4. Remove old seat & disconnect safety switch
5. Place suspension
6. Place washers between suspension + mower
7. Secure to mower with washers + nuts
8. Reconnect extension wire
Adjust ride knob and sliding tracks to customize suspension and comfort

I put this on my cub cadet. I just want to say that not only is it a game changer but the company is great. They offer spacers for my mower and I ordered 4 instead of 8. They have since shipped me an extra 4 at no cost. Well worth the investment on mowers and a great company.

This is a fantastic product and well worth the money. However, a product of this quality should have at least an exploded view diagram along with a decent set of written instructions. Mine came with mismatched hardware and once that was corrected the assembly went quickly. I also went into the You Tube settings and slowed down the playback speed for the instructional video to 0.75 which helped quite a bit. Once installed on my Ariens IKON XD52 zero-turn the slightly higher seat position worked really well for me and the suspension makes for a much better ride over uneven ground. I would highly recommend this product.
I’m in the process now of installing this suspension kit on my 2023 Gravely ZT HD 60. So far it hasn’t been bad. It’s ready to be mounted to the seat frame on the mower.

@@tracseats I finally got it installed with help from 2 other people. It was definitely difficult. You need a video with installation instructions with a ZT HD with seat isolators. I love the suspension.
@@tracseats Same issue I encountered. My question is the seat isolators stay on the bottom plate or get removed? Seems pretty wobbly side to side.
@@jonarmentrout392 I just installed this yesterday on my 2023 ZT HD. I left the seat isolators on the bottom. I removed the red plate and attached the track seat to it, then reinstalled the red plate to the black plate with the 3 carriage bolts. Honestly I though about getting rid of the red plate and isolators in order to have the seat sit lower, closer to factory height. You would just have to drill 4 holes in the black plate to attached the trac seat. The only down side to this is if you want to slide the seat further back because the black plate has a turn up at the back.

But I have one question before I install the same kit that I received today, on my "like new" 2017 ZTX 42" that has the same seat/frame pattern. At 1:35 you only install the front bolts into the threaded holes of the adaptor brackets. Just to be sure, at what point in the video are you installing the rear bracket bolts? Are they the two going into the rear of the seat itself? Thanks for any clarification to this Boomer..

This doesn't fit a ZTHD like they say you want to be prepared to do some changes junk
The newer ZTHD has 3 black isolators. You have to mount this between the seat and the plate on top to the isolators that have the 4 slotted holes.
