Nash looking at Hogan like "wait a second YOU'RE telling me it's time to step back for new talent? You are the epitome of the shovel that buries talent."
STING is the only reason I watch TNA, he`s a living legend that i grew up with....the day he will retire will be a very sad day for the sport, and for many people like me
This was back when I was actually interested in TNA's product. Sting supposedly turned heel while he knew that Hogan was taking over TNA. Idk why I was so interested in this story haha
It was "Deception" storyline the Heels looked like Faces and the Faces looked like Heels. Only on BFG the veil got lifted that Hogan & Bischoff were the actual heels all the time. At least TNA managed to get "Heel" Sting work unlike WCW.
When the "action" started, I had to check that i hadn't accidentally pressed slow-motion. As Nash was throwing his over-hand punch, I went to the kitchen, opened the fridge, picked out my alcoholic beverage, Stone Cold(ed - maybe?) it, cleaned up, did ten push-ups, sat down and wrote this waste of space. To put it simply - it. was. very. slow.
stinger looks awesome with the red and black again, this storyline has so much potential and lets hope sting has recovered through his shoulder injury so he can wrestler again, i think his injury happened when he had done a missle dropkick from the top rope and landed on his shoulder, this happened back in sacrifice in 2009, kurt angle vs sting vs jarrett vs foley, check it out, he lands pretty bad on his shoulder, nywayz, HE STILL GOT IT
It was a great storyline when you think about it. Because everyone thought Nash and Sting were the bad guys and Hogan and co were the good guys. Then it was revealed Sting and Nash were trying to warn people about Hogan and Bischoff's plans for Immortal.
In terms of Sting's denomination of Christianity that he's a part of, he's a Pentecostal.; (**According to Wikipedia, that's the denomination that he's converted to, but, that's another story, though.**.). Sting wanting to entertain the fans & so-on, you are correct on that, though.; I will give Sting credit, though, as I watched WCW ever since I was about 4-and-a-half, or, so, until the day that they went out of business, Sting was one of my all-time favorites & I loved seeing him in the ring.
@Mortpete3 ROH could benefit from both WWE and TNA's ways of doing things. If ROH had the structure of WWE (storylines, character development, merchandising, etc) it could become much more accessible to the mainstream audience. But it has to maintain the idea of "wrestling 1st' like TNA does (but have longer matches than TNA).
some people see two greats going at it again i see two old guys who should of quit a long time ago dnt get me wrong i love hogan and nash but no real fan can say they are happy to watch them two fight each other at their ages
Lol Kevin Nash was completely gassed when he went to get the chair he could barely get back in the ring!!!! Hogan wasn't talking that chair like he used to....I love all these old guys!!!
Ritcha you’re talking about the man who got the most heat ever for his decision to get poked by a finger, and let Hogan win the title. That’s being greedy and keeping the spotlight I guess 🙄
You might find it funny to know that back then he was dying his hair black. His hair started to gray at a young age, and even back in the nWo days he had to dye his hair. Funny stuff. I got that from his autobiography, which was actually a good read.
Two things missing from TNA: 1. Larger Arenas for Larger Pops from the crowd, these small crowds bring nothing to televised wrestling and hype. 2. Tony Schiavone to hype the situations up; Tenay will never be a driving commentator and shouldn't be.
This segment should be framed somewhere as what this should have been. Hogan said things should have been all about the new guys. Few months later turns heel forms Immortal and dominates most of the TNA programming for the next few years.
@freddykrugerfan im basing my arguement on kurt angle, jeff jerret, eric, hogan, anderson, 3d, micky james, victoria, kevin nash, sting, elijah burke, jeff hardy, matt hardy, ric flair, rvd, shannon moore, scott steiner, and you and i both know that that list is a lot longer than it should be.
This was the best part of Impact. Nash and Sting still have it after all these years!!!
11 years later, and Sting's still doing 16 foot dives
It's ironic how Hogan was banging on about the young stars being the future of the business, then five guys over fifty end up dominating the segment!
Danimal Dagimla
Yeah, all to do with money
😂
Do this still come on
I am interested in the quality of the wrestling I am interested in the story and I would rather these guys with their legacies.
I liked this era. It was like wcw never died. Man I miss these days
WCW was a far high company but impact had some of the WCW biggest names
Nash looking at Hogan like "wait a second YOU'RE telling me it's time to step back for new talent? You are the epitome of the shovel that buries talent."
Lol
Ikr
Man 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hogan and Triple hhh were the epitome of burying wrestlers run especially Hogan
I love the fact that Jeff Jarrett Clearly turns around and sees sting LOL
The Wolfpac red paint was always my favorite on Sting.
Spiess Da Beast good to see a super sayien goku in the comments
Awesome
Sting looks like a badass in any colored facepaint combined with black.
Sting coming out was the impact of the night... (the pun was intended) it was just so majestic
STING is the only reason I watch TNA, he`s a living legend that i grew up with....the day he will retire will be a very sad day for the sport, and for many people like me
The reason why I watch tna is abyss with monster ball matches
The time has come
I tried skipping around in the video to find Sting and literally 3 times got Hogan saying "brother"
NARFALICIOUS hahaha same!
Yes, brother
Lol
This was back when I was actually interested in TNA's product. Sting supposedly turned heel while he knew that Hogan was taking over TNA. Idk why I was so interested in this story haha
Because the product always needs storylines to hook you, yeah, sure, TNA went downfall after this BUT it was interesting what was leading
Sting is the best.
gamingvenom gamingvenom
Nash and razor are all time best
WCW in its entirety is the best!
Sting is looking real bad ass in wrestling and so glad to see sting are getting better and better
I don't care about "Why Sting Why" - when he waffled Hogan with that chair, I was chanting "Thank you Sting!"
Hahahaha
WCW was the business when these four were in it back in the late 90s
i have to give it to nash though, hes the least greediest one in the segment before sting enters
I love this self-irony nostalgic moments with this old guys.
That chair shot on Hogan head's was amazing, I thought he was protected and didn't really get involved in the action but that was something.
I had a flashback to WCW Nitro 1998 nWo wolfpac vs nWo Hollywood watching this lol
What I love about the whole storyline was the twist. U thought Sting and Nash were heels but reality it was Hogan, Bishoff, and double J
Total Non Stop Action Wrestling is one of the Greatest Professional Wrestling Organizations ever.
That red face paint Sting has is sweet!
I typed in Retirement home and found a crap ton of TNA flixs.
Funny I typed in Dull immature kiddie shows and family guy poped up
Alec B AlecB
Someone is gonna break a hip.....
or tear a quad.
Eduardo Castillo yep. Hogan
Shame Hogan didn't have this attitude in his late WCW days.
Am I the only one here who finds Sting more badass with red face paint instead of white?
+John Curiel Be Sting in Black and White was more dominating and strong though.
John Uchiha Agreed
Yeah lol
Yeah
when sting hit hogan with the chair, that was the best part lolol
Deadmanlyndon Daedmalyndon
Jackeuiiijiuiuiiuoioiio Brophy Brophy

Wolfpack 4Life! I'm glad to see Sting again. He is one of my favorite wrestlers. :)
I love how Sting was a heel here but then it turns out he really wasn’t.
Omg this was when TNA was supposed to get good but you had no idea who to cheer for..
Vince McMahon I honestly don’t know who the heel was supposed to be everyone was cheering
It was "Deception" storyline the Heels looked like Faces and the Faces looked like Heels. Only on BFG the veil got lifted that Hogan & Bischoff were the actual heels all the time. At least TNA managed to get "Heel" Sting work unlike WCW.
Did anyone seriously believe that Hogan and Bischoff weren't going to turn heel at some point?
Always sting cheer for because you know who to trust more face or heel sting 4 life
everything Hogan said to Nash was B.S. Hogan pretty much created those smoke and mirrors in his promo.
Lol
When the "action" started, I had to check that i hadn't accidentally pressed slow-motion. There needs to be a World Retirement Championship belt in professional wrestling.
With the one losing the match getting the belt.
4:25.; WCW nostalgia!
that video reminded me about WcW
OMG what the hell happen to Hogan!! My god he looks like hes 92
Steroids will make you look older he did use roids at 1 point in his career he had admitted to it to. He's in his 70s I think
@@krimsonwalker5706 Not yet. He's close, but not yet.
Drugs
LOL
He looked pretty awful in TNA for some reason. He looks better now in WWE even though he's about a decade older than here.
Who is here after Sting debuted on AEW?
I think that is so nice to see all of these legends come back and just brawl each other, lol.
Mk Injustice Excuse me, but what does "jj" stand for?
+Goku Super Saiyan Jeff Jarrett
Juan Ramirez Okay.
Goku Super Saiyan love this segment brings back memories of WCW and When wrestling was good and entertaining
2:00 Kevin Nash just pulled a HHH by referencing Gran Torino.
Lmaooo🤣
"Somebody took the last tapioca pudding at the old folks home."
Hilarious comment
When all the old wcw guys came to tna it literally became the wcw retirement home.

It was a great storyline when you think about it. Because everyone thought Nash and Sting were the bad guys and Hogan and co were the good guys. Then it was revealed Sting and Nash were trying to warn people about Hogan and Bischoff's plans for Immortal.

@@adammoor1338 What?
@@adammoor1338 Hogan is 100
Why is it that whenever I see Sting in the Red face paint he looks years younger?
TNA, Hogan and Bischoff reliving the old WCW/NWO days
Nash with his hand in his pocket. Vintage Nash!
In terms of Sting's denomination of Christianity that he's a part of, he's a Pentecostal.; (**According to Wikipedia, that's the denomination that he's converted to, but, that's another story, though.**.).

0:19 did you see his eyes? oh my god *Nash accidentally swallows chewing gum*
lol
I think he did it on purpose to speak in mic
Hulk Hogan = The Wrestling Business's Biggest Bullshitter
I'm wit u on that
Most overrated POS to be in the game. Worthless in the ring with a 3 move set and a big ego.
....That was the point of the whole thing here buddy. It was a facade
dam sting lookin good!
This is such a cool callback to the nWo with the red face paint
100% man
Kevin Nash, Hulk Hogan, Jeff Jarrett and Sting all Legends.
Loving the slow motion they added lol

Like him better when he was in The Police
Ky Nobba kyNobba
Sting, BEST EVER in ANY promotion
Just when I think Tna can't get worse.... they do.
It was still better than WWE then and by far better than WWE now.
3:55 Jarret has no peripheral vision lol
some people see two greats going at it again i see two old guys who should of quit a long time ago dnt get me wrong i love hogan and nash but no real fan can say they are happy to watch them two fight each other at their ages

Teresa Tylicki yes brotherrrrr

Hulk Hogan should've had his mind set like this since DAY ONE in TNA.
Damn it, I need to start watching TNA!
Steve Borden has always been Consistent. I'm watching everything on Sting before he retires in March🎉
hogan played politics with nash and others in wcw
wow sherlock
3:52 I love how Jeff was pretending that he didn't know Sting was in the ring. 🤣😂
I am Glad its going on again WCW was my Favorite Wrestling Era and here it is once more i think i can say
Wolfpac is Back!!!!
1:57-2:08.; Love how Kevin Nash kinda half-assed a quote from 'Gran Torino'. Lol.

Lol Kevin Nash was completely gassed when he went to get the chair he could barely get back in the ring!!!! Hogan wasn't talking that chair like he used to....I love all these old guys!!!
The cancer of pro wrestling in the 90s
Hogan - Nash - Bishcoff
Vince Russo might I say...
Nah not Nash
+IntoTheFray yes Nash. his ego was only slightly smaller than Hogans. he wouldn't put anyone over
Ritcha but he unlike hogan tried to help the next generation
Ritcha you’re talking about the man who got the most heat ever for his decision to get poked by a finger, and let Hogan win the title. That’s being greedy and keeping the spotlight I guess 🙄
Around the 3:25 mark while kevin is grabbing the chair the hulk is rolling on the mat taking off his watch.
yeah these guys got carried for longer than needed.... they just look tired lol
LOL, @ 2:47, someone in the crowd yelled at Nash "Go back to the WWE and go work for Vince McMahon, Nash" LOL, and that is what Nash did!
Damn. Those script writers though...

HAHAHAH 2:37 I LOVE HOW THE CAMERA MAN FOLLOW THE RHYTHM OF THE KICK EVERY TIME TO AMPLIFY THE EFFECT!
God Almighty... Eric hasn't aged too well. I remember his black hair and bad attitude. Now he looks burned out.
You might find it funny to know that back then he was dying his hair black. His hair started to gray at a young age, and even back in the nWo days he had to dye his hair. Funny stuff. I got that from his autobiography, which was actually a good read.
Its been a couple decades man haha
He could just dye his hair again and he would look almost the same as before.
Two things missing from TNA:

2. Tony Schiavone to hype the situations up; Tenay will never be a driving commentator and shouldn't be.
My god that was pathetic several missed spots and timing awful.
And Russo's writing!
sting then was considered a heel in his character but at the end when immortal came he was never considered one
Respect.
Hogan wearing Nike Shox.
Nash wearing Vans. When I'm Nash's age, I'll be happy if I have his upper body and arms.
Hogans face at 1:39 lol hahahaha!!!
This is like a wcw reunion !

STING's appearance with the (old school nWo Wolfpac) red face paint.....a sign of things to come, maybe?
It was so slow until Sting & Jeff appeared lol.
As Soon as Kevin Nash Delivered that Low Blow To Bulk Bogan he tore both Quads
