Thank you so much for this wonderful interview with the delightful and respected Dr Hans Diehl. All your guests have been stellar. I couldn't catch the "live" video today, but it is so nice to be able to watch all of replays . Few of them I watched few times because of the wonderful information. Your "Real truth about weight loss" summits are also so informative and easy to understand... Thank you again Chef AJ!

Chef AJ..I'm new to the plant community and I've really enjoyed meeting your guests and learning new things daily. I'm amazed everyday and look forward to every interview. Thank you for your hard work and continued dedication. I eat veg for bkfst and fell in love with CBV. You have taught me so much (calorie density and your jars is the best) and I'm so grateful for your influence. Much love Chef AJ. I hope to meet you in person some day ♥️

Loved this interview! Especially the part about the Finns and dry sauna, because I hadn't heard anyone speak to that before concerning covid. I've been a lacto ovo vegetarian since 1979, but only a vegan that avoids overt oils for a year now. I've been doing DRY saunas (At least 180 degrees F) three or four times a week since 1990. I think it has drastically improved my mental and physical well being. I contracted covid 19 about five weeks ago and am just now getting over it. I credit the new no overt oil vegan diet with keeping my inflamation low and preventing the virus from going into my lungs. (I'm 60 years old and my sister who is 7 years younger and not avoiding processed foods and oils, did get covid really badly with the extreme problems breathing where she couldn't talk or get up out of bed. Thank god she did get through it without having to go on a ventilator and is much better now). Some things I did during the illnes that I think helped me were getting up and walking for an hour everyday in my house to keep my lungs in shape. (I almost died from having pluresy 10 years ago and had to have an operation on my lungs. While in the hospital I walked the halls everyday and the nurses always said that my lungs sounded clearer after I had walked). Another thing I've noticed is when i've been doing dry sauna everyday I breath the extremely hot air through my nose and gently exhale thr open lips. I get out before I'm too tired (usually I do a much longer sauna and more times in and out) and afterwards I feel and breath much clearer without the same congestion I had before going in. I eat and go straight to bed putting heating pads that you heat up in the microwave on my feet and over my nose and forehead. Lots of sweating everynight (even before I started the hot pads). The nights and mornings I feel much better but would start to be fatigued after a few hours, if I didn't go lie down the fatigue was accompied by congestion and slight headaches that would move from side to side on different days. My feet are always cold so I keep them in a box with a hot pad in it(they're in one right now : ) . I've heard that younger people who get covid get cold feet and toes and can develop symptoms simular to frostbite. So even though I've had this for 5 weeks I feel lucky that it has not been much much worse and I credit that to my diet and dry sauna and walking. I know this is an antictdotle account of treating this illness but these things have really helped me I believe.

I plant cocoa trees, and yes the beans are very oily when mashed after roasting them.
A drink is made out of this paste and it is fatty...you can't taste the fat in the drink when drank hot.
But when it's cold...you can see the fat clutch together. Penina.
