I am planning to take a night halt while travelling from Pune to Indore. I don’t want to drive more than 8-9 hours a day. Which is the best place for night halt.
I am planning a trip - Pune to Lucknow via Indore and I see this video is really going to help. I have watched many vlogs but you are sharing really good information. Just one request, whenever you are talking about a place, please mention not just its name but distance from starting point (Pune) also so that we can relate more.
Thank you for your kind words and we are happy to share more relatable information to our viewers. We will make note of including the distance from start point as you said, in our upcoming vlogs. Thank you for your feedback ❣️. Keep Munching, Keep Travelling !!

We don't use any dashcam to shoot. All the videos are shot by our mobile camera and tripod/gimbal to stabilize it. We tried dashcams but the picture quality is poor. Start early from Pune to avoid MIDC traffic. Rest roads are good and scenic. Keep Munching, Keep Travelling !!
Hello, I am planning to travel next month to Indore by car from pune... can you please tell how is the road conditions and anything specific to be taken care of ? Thanks in advance
Hi Dishant, Let me divide this answer in three parts - Road till Nashik - Roads are ok however post MIDC chakan it is a single lane road so speed will be less. Once you hit the four lane highway then you can maintain speed of 90 KMPH. Nashik to Indore - Roads are ok however be cautious on ghat section. Rest road till Indore is good. For food - You will get lots of restaurants till sangamner so try to have breakfast before sanagmner or you can try Akash Missal House. Good food, clean washrooms.Good restaurants are less on Nashik Indore stretch so either have an early lunch in Nashik or late lunch before Indore. Suggestion - Try to start early from Pune in order to avoid traffic of MIDC chakan. You will get city traffic while entering Indore as there is a DMART in outskirts and attract good crowd on weekends. Rest the journey is quite relaxed if you start early. While coming back, roads till M.P. is great but once you enter Nashik pune highway, it is riddled with potholes so drive cautiously. Make sure your car is serviced, check engine oil and wheel allignment/balancing.There is no dearth of petrol pump on Pune Indore stretch. Have safe travel and do share your experience with us 😊. Keep Munching, Keep Travelling!

Thank you for the informative video. Actually I’m planning to travel with family to Chandigarh from Pune via Indore-Gwalior-Agra route, so wanted to ask regarding road conditions and night stays. Appreciate your help on the same!!😇🙏🏻
Pune to nashik road has improved a lot. Nashik to Indore roads become better once you cross the Maharashtra border. Indore to Gwalior road is good. Start early from Pune to avoid chakan traffic. If you driver steadily and with less breaks then you can reach Gwalior same day. You can stay in Prabha international we recently stayed there and it is a decent hotel. It is in the city but easily accessible. If you are planning to take a halt in Indore then stay in the city as we do not find highway hotels near Indore not good. (based on our last 2 experiences).
@@traveltastewiththar I am thinking of doing pune - nashik - malegaon - dhule - indore - gwalior. In one day will it be possible?. And for making it possible do you have any suggestions.
Depends upon the car you are driving and how you are driving. In our case we had Hyundai i10 which gives me 15 kmp/l on highway ( I am a bit lazy on rev pedal) so for us it was 42 ltr.
@@utsavsingh1081 yes I did drive on that stretch and yes it is not in good condition. In fact I lost one of my wheel cap on that stretch. But there is a new expressway coming from Mumbai to nagpur. If you are living near Pune then you can drive till nashik and from there you will be able to take that expressway. This expressway will be functional by next year as per the latest report.
@@traveltastewiththar One friend suggested from..... PUNE >> JALNA >> CHIKHALI >>AKOT >> AMRAVATI >> NAGPUR... That route is take 40 min more... But... In good conditions

Petrol cost in MP?
Around 109 rupees per liter
Tolls are very expensive in Maharashtra
With the road conditions of Maharashtra, it's is expensive but cheaper than Karnataka tolls.

Yes. Indeed
Have u any idea. Between Mehker to karanja road condition … from JALNA TO AMRAVATI
