Psycho just HAD to get one last "screw you" In when his "soul" flipped the switch as it ascended to "Toon Heaven". I think that should've landed him in "Toon Hell", but they won't show toons going there very often due to "religious hangups". Smarty got the worst being dipped instead. It's like if he had a soul, IT got dipped out of existence.
Wheezy, the weasel who was trying to pull his soul back in his body while balancing on the ladder. The soul escaped his grasp and his toon corpse along with the ladder fall back and cause the saw to drop.
I'm surprised that Psycho was the one the lasted the longest, and Stupid was the first to die (Smokey would've been most likely to die first because of his lungs).
