Ingredients for a 24cm diameter mould
For the pastry
00 flour 175 g
almond flour 80 g
cold butter 110 g
medium eggs 1
icing sugar 80 g
vanilla extract 1 tsp
salt 1 pinch
For the frangipane cream
almond flour 125 g
00 flour 50 g
soft butter 125 g
icing sugar 125 g
2 medium eggs (100 g shelled) at room temperature
vanilla 1 berry
salt 1 pinch
For the stuffing
raspberry jam 350 g
For garnish
flaked almonds 50 g

Ho fatto la torta però con questo freddo la crema frangipane é diventata solida per il burro ..non ho potuto coprire tutte la superficie.cosa devo fare la prossima volta

A Modena si fa la torta cappuccina con la crema frangipane. Musica troppo alta
