I bought this phone and am upgrading from my Google Pixel 6. The website offered a free smartwatch and a discounted $100 for recycling an old device, so it feels like a good deal
@@AltraHapi we use 110 volts, not 220. The brick that comes in the box does both. It typically takes my OP12 27 minutes to 30 minutes to fully charge. When I leave and go to a different country it's typically 25 minutes at most. Also the OP12R had a dual cell battery like the OP12 did. That allows it to charge faster. The OP13r now uses a single cell.
My girlfriend's Flip 4 has stopped working and I'll be giving her my S23 Ultra. I want to buy a new phone for watching movies which I guess means a great screen, speakers, battery life, and supports fast charging. I understand that it's gonna be a downgrade in terms of performance and camera but I don't really care about that. I mainly use my phone to scroll tiktok or watch Netflix anyway. I was eyeing the 14T, any thoughts or recommendations? I'm from Singapore, and my budget is S$800 SGD
Loyal 8-year OnePlus customer. Terrible customer service experience with OnePlus 13r order. Considering cancellation. Disappointed, considering switching brands and advising others against OnePlus due to poor service. Want to resolve this and continue as a customer.
Why would anyone get OP13R instead of OP12? Cheaper, wireless charging, higher screen resolution. Battery and 1 more android update (it will go to Android 19, while OP12 only until 18) isn't worth it. And if someone prefers flat screen - there are last year flagships with flatscreen as well.
thanks local planetary robot sounding gsmarena guy.
Did you like his shirt?
@@AdamHoooot yes it was very fitting per my comment adhesion ;)
So is the screen completely flat...?
Yes it is
I upgraded to a oneplus 13 from samsung s22 ultra i love how fast it it is
Should've waited for s25 ultra and traded it in for a better price
@@syedhammad1962 I have no regrets this is half the price and does everything super efficient it's really quick and that's what I need
Swapping the macro lens for telephoto is a major win! And S8G3 chip is a solid choice too! That telephoto lens alone is a better choice over 12R.
Not everyone uses telephoto lens to spy on people and buildings. Some like photography with macro shots.

3:31 does it get a feature like the screenshots app on pixel? Or AI search from all files on the phone??
It has AI intelligent search
Does it have esim support?
non
yes it has according to gsmarena
when are you doing a review for infinix hot 50 pro plus
Does it have dolby atmos? And hdr support for ntflix and amazon prime?
This review was terrible, lots of things were not shown.
All those informations are on OnePlus website
I'm definitely getting this one from my 9Pro they sucked me back in instead of buying S24FE
Any chance for reviewing the Honor Magic 7 Pro as the Magic 6 Pro was definitely covered..?
Love the t-shirt. 👍
Does support esim ?
does it have come with a charger? if so ill take it over the 13
I've heard that in Europe, it does not.
Ultrawide is fixed focus? 😥

Is it responsible to go from op 10 pro to this phone?
Why? This is a cut down model.
Get the 12 or 13
not worth it, 10 pro is still a capable phone imo
Hi admin..can you review iqoo neo 10 siries
Did something go wrong with the charging? 40 minutes to full on 13R vs 25 minutes to full on the 12R? Something doesn't seem right
25 Minutes is outside of the USA at 100 Watts, it's 80 Watts in the USA, so right at 30 minutes. It also has bigger battery.
Why is the US different?@@downsouthlouisiana

@@downsouthlouisiana i see now..
I think it's needless for them to ditch the dual cell battery, but it's probably cost related
@@AltraHapi yes I think that's why they did it. It's exactly the same retail price as the 12R.
Nice phone ❤❤
And colours are like?
how is it different from Ace 5?
Telephoto camera
Smaller battery
@@mubaraktube1 13r has oxygen os, ace 5 has color os. And ace 5 is at least 200 dollars cheaper

Another great offering from OnePlus this year
Does Samsung S24 better than this or nor
If your talking about s24(normal) then yes it's way better than s24 one plus 13r is good but s24 ultra is better than one plus 13 r
Don't buy 13R, get 12 instead.
I prefer the 13R's flat screen and beefier battery
13r with earbuds Pro $450, 12 $699, I'll go with 13r.
Why ?
What kind of math you doing ?😂
I agree. The OP12 is a better overall phone and can be found on sale for $549 even on OnePlus website from time to time
Why not put the camera in center duh.
would look too much like Huawei, also looking similar to last years' models is good for building their own brand identity
Why the hell are the reviewers avoiding to show the Macro shot test of the Camera??? All you guys are worried about is ZOoom!
Plz review Redmagic 10 pro.
I regret getting the 12r last year and my 3 updates.
A pretty solid performance, but I'll probably get a 13 to replace my 11.
Coz you're rich
@@syedhammad1962 I wouldn't go that far, but yes I can comfortably afford one.
should i consider s24 or this ?
This
S24 FE has many compromises compared to its daddy
No image stabilization? Meh
There is ois on the main sensor
There is both EIS and OIS in main camera. No stabilization in other cameras tho
Quick question guys. Should I go for the OnePlus 13r or Poco x7 pro. I don't have a preference and they kinda have similar specs 🤨
13R
Lol oneplus 13r is a way better
@lightorochi7841 ok I see but, they have similar specs in terms of gaming which is primarily my concern
OnePlus has better software personally
I would absolutely buy it, but I'm still quite happy with my 12R.
I was in the same boat and completely understand your decision. I'm only upgrading because the trade-in for the 12r is decent.
@kaianthony8077 I totally get what you mean. I traded in a 10T for my 12R because the trade in was too good to pass up.
Buy find x8 or Vivo x200
why your website says it has 5500mah battery whereas you're saying it has 6000mah ...??!!!
The 12r has 5,500 and the 13r has 6,000 ☝️
Finally flat screen!! Getting rid of my 12r
Lmao. Me too. Flat all day.
That 8 megapixel ultrawide is just MASSIVE DEAL BREAKER
Buy iPhone 16 pro max then
@oldbot64 i already ordered the regular 13 in a blue color
600 is a lot I got the 8a for $400 and still have $200 in my wallet
You cheaped out with tensor???
The back camera notch is way too big. Can't they just remove the ugly circle around it and only keep 4 small camera notches instead?
Yeah it's ugly but all the camera phones like Vivo x200 pro and oppo find x8 ultra also sport same huge circle back design

I can get the OnePlus 13R + Magnetic Case + SuperVooc 100W Adapter + Nord Buds 3 for $799 SGD
Or the Xiaomi 14T + Smart Band 9 Pro for $509 SGD
OnePlus Nord 4. No need a more expensive smartphone for your usage imo.
Does it have the same screen as it's daddy?
should i switch from my oneplus 7T to 13R ?????
Why would they curve that of the flagship 13 and make that of the 13R flat?
OnePlus is joking! Nord 4 flat screen looks beautiful
why the review looks like a robotic review
Because he sounds like a robot 😂

It's like the OnePlus 7T, but kinda uglier. Especially with that off-centered camera module.

Useless telephoto camera.. 2x
Better than macro camera from 12r

because it's 300eur cheaper than 13
