The divergence in opinions of SP music among fans is really interesting. I concur with many of your ratings and wildly disagree with others. Honiara is one of my all-time favorite tunes. At least half of disc 2 of Empire Central is killer as far as I am concerned. On the other hand, East Bay is my least favorite. Truthfully, I think I’ve seen various people naming every tune on the album as their favorite, so there you go. Overall, I’d put EC in the top tier of SP albums along with your other choices. Hey, but as they say, different strokes for different folks.
