Laura thank you, great to see what you have done, and what you will do It would be great to see every child on our Ocean Planet being able to learn to sail. Enjoy our beautiful Ocean Planet.
People can say what they like, but I think Laura is a young person to be admired. She has courage and complete confidence in her own abilities. We read and hear so much in the media of the young folk who run off the rails and get into booze and drugs that it is reassuring to see the other side of the coin and those youngsters who are achieving, in whatever field. Well done Laura, and all best wishes for the future.
amazing....Jessica Watson was 16, Laura Dekker 14......Jesse Martin was 18.....I'm 65 and scared of open water swimming...these kids tell me that the future of this world is in amazing hands.....and they all show that adventure is still out there, possibilites are endless....
She's generous with her time, answering the same old questions. I hope she can hang in and settle in here. Laura, if you are passing by Warkworth and want to go for a sail in a laser out to Kawau Island and have a look around just let me know.
emanuel Posse even if she meant the funner version. God I wish I meet someone like that when I was young. I always did what ever I wanted but I was stuck with friends in the system. Now I'm forcing her dream on my wife. Not that shes complaining. Its like forcing gold on a homeless person. But I doubt she would of understood what it means to sail around the world when she was 17. 25 and she's wondering why its taking so long, too set sail
what a fulfilment to make a drivers licence in germany with 18. cool and valiant. how much food did she have onboard, and could she make freswater from seawater?
Some money has to be behind her, her boat will cost to go through the Panama canal about 2000 dollars. The boat itself has to be at least another 30000 dollars, so that came from Daddy or other people, I don't know, but certainly came from somewhere...
was disappointed when at the end of her sailing she took with her a boomer -look like she pic up the dude on the street-the ugly always stay with the pretty girls.

I'm in the same situation that you were in when you were young... all my friends are way too stuck in their ways to do anything different

Great audio mate.
@Martin Delta just 4 years later :D fucking rocking lol
audio is unfortunately poor...
Look again, at 0:34 he leaves with 2 shoes on, 1:55 he comes back with one shoe off. I'm curious about the story off our topsailor Bruno :-)
Brave girl I can’t even sleep in the hotel alone imagining ghost and sort of nonsense 😀
wonder if she met jessica watson in her trip through oceania
+SpeedDemon992 They met each other for the first time in Australia in September 2015
Bueatiful
Adorei o vídeo. Obrigado pelo compartilhamento. Ate breve, desligo.
Modern day Christopher Columbus
would be great if you could hear
I agree.
It dazzles me that Professional Interviewers would not have protection when the wind is blowing, Anyone listening to just hears a roar of the wind.

She lives with a 30 year old german now on her boat
what I like to know is why Bruno is running around in the background with one shoe on....what's the story?? hahaha Looks funny anyway!
I love Laura, but she should see a dermatologist!
Why does that matter. She is beautiful as it is.
***** Bet you want some of that cutie-eh ? to late-the due she took on her sailing bang that,
***** your right
I think she has other interests than trying to look like some spoiled Hollywood-bimbo!
Snead Hearn I really don't think she is interested in gaining your approval
she's amazing. so proud of her. but new Zealanders suck at interviews lol
