Rak (Crayfish) and Olen (Deer) are russian words to say "noob". That is why you have these two animals in the game. To kill last boss just shoot the good deer.

I couldn't be bothered watching the whole thing, but in case he didn't mention, 'crayfish' (along with 'deer') are what Russians call 'noobs'.
i thought that it was crayfish because somebody at WG hates them and wants to make a game about killing them
Also, in Russian the word for " crayfish " is the word for cancer disease. So calling someone a " crayfish " is to say that he's a cancer that is killing the joy of playing the game. Or it may just be stating the fact that it is hard for that player to press the right buttons with pincers instead of human hands. Depends on the interpretation.
Yup, with the deers at least. He mentions it around about 4:00.
"Deer" more or less comes from expression "like a deer in front of the headlights" and implies that player acts like a dear that finds himself in front of ongoing car in the dark - frozen and unable to do anything useful.
"Crayfish" most likely comes from the fact that when boiled it turns red which correlates to less experienced/bad player's color in XVM. Further, you can hear russian players often say: "it's hard to play properly when you have pincers for the hands" or something like this.
The russians call the Noobs "dears" remember?

It was probably already mentioned in comments below but Ill throw it out anyways: in russian the deer (olen') is mostly used as an insult similar to "u fag" in games. The crayfish (rak) is a widely used term synonimous to "noob" or basically any bad/inexperuenced player.

the best thing is that this is not a "limited time only" minigame on Xbox, so you can play it there whenever you want. (however, all the crayfish has been replaced by M3 Stuarts, T-34s and T-29s
The mini game of the console version from a WoT is amazing too it's like the same as crayfish just fighting other tanks :D

They had a mini game like this on the 360 version that you can play while waiting for updates. Except it uses normal tanks.
There is a mini game like this on console but with AI tanks and the final boss is a Maus. It's basically a thing to play while you update your game on Console.

4:45 The KV-1S is tier V. The KV-85 is a tier VI. I'd say it's a KV-85 :D
The KV-1S used to be a tier 6. They made it tier 5 and introduced the KV-85 in a later patch.
