Enjoy this rare look at the Simi Valley, CA location and it's unique Show.
This Store closed a year after our visit, and the poor condition of the Cyberamics was unfortunate to see.
Original VHS footage shot by several attendees of 'CheeseVention 4', and this segment is now freshly digitized for our viewing pleasure by CEC Master.
Originally released in 2007 on the CV4 Dvd Release ( long out of print )
This store had a portrait cyber show up until they got the rocker stage. Great footage!
Great footage, Jenn! It sucks the show was in horrible condition, but it was still an amazing store and you were so lucky to experience it!
Amazing! So kind of CEC Master to digitize the DVDs for RUclips! Again, I really wish I could've visited this gem when it was still open. The frozen-in-time artifacts and connections to Harold Goldbrandsen really made this location a must-see for everyone!

Still had the Pizza Time Theater vibe even into 2007 What a cool find. It’s also neat that they left the lights alone and didn’t put in those horrible fluorescent ones... I like the ambiance. I guess the owners of this location wanted to keep the classic stage and look.
They still have one of these stages left at the Rockford IL location that's getting 2.0 in a couple of days. However, it has been rumored that the stage might go to a museum
I remember in the 2000s chuck e cheese had a darker vibe with the lights. I thought it was just me remembering it
I kinda wish there was gameroom footage too, but otherwise i can tell this will become your most popular video
The Game Room at the location at the time that this video was shot had all the typical games found at many other CEC locations. So nothing special, and nothing unique or 'vintage'.
This doesn't feel like May 2007 but its pretty nostalgic looking for 2007

I’m guessing this store got a scratched disc, the stage is in horrible condition, Chuck E.’s mouth barely moves, and he just stays where he is, standing there… MENACINGLY! His spotlights keep coming on and on, and they can’t even move any of their bodies. How unfortunate..
This location closed a few months after we had visited for CheeseVention. They knew they were closing soon, so they were not motivated to invest any more time or money in keeping the Show looking and running decently. It was basically just being left to decay, which was very sad to see in person. Great location with some interesting early PTT history, but neglected in it's last year of operation.

@@CircusShowplace But now I understand, most locations do that when they are getting 2.0, or closing. Rockford, IL is getting 2.0 this summer and the stage is slowly moving out of the perfect shape it was once in.

Wow, I didn't know any places that felt like old PTTs survived up until 2007... And with the flags no less!
I wish I could see Simi Valley but I was born four years after it closed it very special I heard there jasper was gonna have a programmable rocking chair with a pizza cam in the window behind jasper but they discard the idea because the pizza cam probably couldn’t fit and the rocking chair would constantly fall back but I’m not sure if it true
The rocker stage is colorful
It was open until they decided to put Target right there. They should've knocked that liquor store out instead and built Target there instead and copied the store itself and moved everything over there. It's ridiculous that they would do that to that location. My Brothers would've loved coming to this Chuck E Cheese location and I know that would've had a great time there. I even loved it there.
Sad that these people had to shut the store down just so they could put another one in.

if the store was still open cec would have given it a full phase 4 remodal or even 5

I remember coming here when i was about 3 or 4, best time of my life. I remember there being a vacuum behind Mr Munch that i was scared of. Also does anyone remember that small jail area in the play zone? It was made of a material similar to felt kind of and was all black. Please reply if you do remember it :>

No, you’re confused after the merge the rocker stage was completely new so no as the rocker stage had about few hundred rockers stages by 2000
