I really enjoyed this when I went to Korea. I have some tteok at home and I want to grill some, do I have to pre-cook the rice cake before grilling it? or just straight to grilling it?

probably you kept tteok frozen or in fridge. pre-cook is too much but not in cold state. basically tteok is to be taken straight if it's in room temperature. so have it warm and grill outside a bit(for crispyness!!). u better wear some oil tteok little bit(if u use pan for this, be sure to oil the pan)
