Mine case was same as yours sister but the only difference is I had 5 blockages bypassed & she has 2,InshaAllah everything will be fine & she will be fine & resume normal life soon🤲🤲

Morning Uncle ji , If your buying a BMW make sure its an M sport version at minimum , they hold there resale value the best . my experience in the UK , the i7 and the x6 are not the most popular models in the uk , so there depreciation is alot higher . Here its the X3 , and X5 are most popular as SUV , and if your looking at saloon its the 5 series .
