I never got servings on food. Usually I eat 2-3 servings of everything. When I bulk it's almost double. Big tip: go to your local Asian food store and buy 5kg bags of rice.

I remember in my early twenties when I found it difficult to eat 3000kcal/day. Now in my thirties, I have the opposite problem. I can eat >3000kcal of the most filling bro food, tons of veggies, quark, etc., and 1h later I'm hungry again. I guess that's why most people get fat in their 30s.
