Ever since discovering the Shawn Ryan Show my recommends has exploded with these podcasts of former combat veterans. Listening to all the combat stories and struggles of so many of these guys has really helped me deal with my own struggles. Reflecting on my own shortcomings, feelings, and implementing a lot of the methods these men do to deal with their mental health has given me hope in getting better. I want to be a better partner and father, most of all I want to be a better man and some of the things ive done to cope were only making things worse. Some days are a struggle but you just have to get through today and remember that everyday and trust the process.
I appreciate that Rob brings on other SEALS to talk with him. Good conversations. Maybe one day, the guest can be in the same room with Rob. Thanks for this one 💯
Great guy. Been a fan of his for a while. Any chance on getting civilians with a PTSD diagnosis ibogaine and 5-MEO treatment? I’ve done regular DMT once in the past 12 years ago, so I know exactly how serious and important it is. I do have a navy DD214 from 2014, but it was an unexpected entry-level discharge.

Ijs, from a self reliance standpoint, with the right pieces of equipment it’s easier to compress air than make gun powder, and you got a certain amount of fps before silencers don’t work anyways 🤷 Ijs Ijs
@bobwaldman9996 I'm not hating on the warrior, but the podcaster might get more listeners if it was easier to absorb. If the format was just a couple of dudes hanging around BSing, then it wouldn't matter, but the more successful interviewers let their guests have more control of the story telling will less interjection that takes them in random directions. For myself, I'd like to listen more but it gets too annoying. Just a thought.
